This company KNOWS pool systems. Very knowledable staff and super fast delivery!

I had a great experience with this company. The motor on my pools super pump burned out after 12 years and none of the local pool stores in NY could find the proper replacement. I called this company (located in FL) and spoke with Tyler. He was very knowledgeable about Hayward pumps and was able to identify the correct replacement, which was a century pump (the company that originally made Hayward pumps). He reassured me this was the correct pump and I could return if not correct. I placed the order for the pump. Tyler let me know that the part would be shipped from CT so the ship time may be pretty quick (which saved me $ in avoiding expedited shipping costs). To my surprise, the pump arrived the next day. It was an exact match and the installation was smooth. My pool is up and running again. Thank you INYO pools! I have bookmarked your site and it is now my “go to” for any future issues I may have with my pools filtration system.

Return…

I have bought from and referred people to Inyo for years, since before they used Inyo. And now I have been waiting patiently for a refund for a item they received 5/21/24. I have talked to them, Megan, she acknowledged the amount (over $500) and said it would be fixed within a week. That was over a month ago. It's time for legal action. No more recommendations for you and no more business. Too bad I could use a pump, but not from you.

I was very impressed and wanted to say thank you to Preston-customer care team at Inyo pools! I recently purchased a Pentair sand filter tank which came damaged internally with the outlet pipe broken off. Preston was kind, prompt, knowledgeable and kept me updated me on the progress throughout the day while working with the manufacturer on a replacement! The next morning I received a call from him stating a new tank was shipped and on its way!
Well Done and Hats Off to Preston- This is customer service at its best!

Ordered a motor

Ordered a motor. Installed motor. Motor burned up withing an hour. Sent picture of motor. No bar codes, no paper work. No reply from inyopools. Made in China. Noticed it contained carcinogens and not allowed for sale in California. Warrantee no good, Don't buy this motor. Don't expect a warrantee return. Don't use this company.

Expedited shipment scam

Purchased a product shortly after 1pm on a Thursday. Selected expedited overnight shipping. Received an email stating that product would not ship until Friday and received Monday. Called customer service and canceled order. Later that night received email stating product would arrive on Friday. Contacted company. They sent RMA instructions but want me to pay shipping cost. Beware.

Hello David - We apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced. We emailed a prepaid return label on 5/24. That return label has not been used and the warehouse has not received the valve. We will issue a full refund once you return the product.

The order was placed at 1:27pm. We were notified around 3pm that you wanted to cancel. The rep should have advised you that we would attempt to cancel the order, but there was a good chance it had already been pulled and packed. This is a teachable moment for our customer service reps.

VERY POOR WARRANTY

Disappointing Experience with Inyo Pool: Defective Products and Poor Customer Service

I recently purchased two Pal 64-EGL-80 pool lights from Inyo Pool, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon receiving my order, I discovered that instead of the 80-foot cable lights I ordered, I was sent Pal 64-EGL-30 parts. This discrepancy was not only inconvenient but also indicated a lack of attention to detail in packaging and shipping.

Upon attempting to use the lights, I encountered further issues. Despite troubleshooting with different controllers and seeking assistance from Pal technical support, it became evident that both lights were defective.
In my attempt to resolve the issue, I contacted Inyo Pool for return authorization and a return label. However, the process proved to be another disappointment. Despite the item still being listed as available on their website, I was informed that the part was discontinued, which seemed contradictory. Furthermore, the agent mentioned needing authorization from their warehouse, leading to unnecessary delays in resolving the issue.

Overall, my experience with Inyo Pool was extremely disappointing and frustrating. From receiving incorrect products to dealing with defective items and poor customer service, it was undoubtedly the worst online purchasing experience I have encountered. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this shady business to avoid similar issues and frustrations.

Thank you for the feedback. We were notified about this issue on the afternoon of 5/6/24. There was some confusion on the call because the rep was advised that incorrect lights were shipped, but he was also advised that they were defective. Those two scenarios are dealt with differently, but ultimately we always take care of the customer.

In this case, we sent the customer a return label the following day 5/7/24. As soon as the lights are returned, we will issue a full refund.

DO NOT Pay for Expedited Shipping

I purchased a pump housing with a request for 2 day shipping. The cost for the expedited shipping was $50. The item was purchased on a Thursday after 1pm, and I didn’t receive the item until Tuesday in the afternoon. Of course, no refund since InyoPools policy a 2 day shipping is 2 business days after the shipping is made. This one of the bigger reason why Amazon is amazing at shipping.

The worst experience of my online…

The worst experience of my online purchase with this site. Their pool cover quality was very poor for my hotel which was under renovation. The inspector right away rejected becasue of poor quality. Since getting Inspection appt was little late this company right away rejected to accept return. Stay away from this company and pay little more and buy from some good company.

It doesn't say anywhere that it's for residential use only. It just says "Winter Pool Cover for 25' x 45' Rect I/G Pool - S2545RC". I don't see anyway to reply to you text so editing my previous text. Anyway this are good experience and makes us make careful from where to buy and what to buy.

Hello Ravindra - We're sorry to hear that the inspection of your hotel pool failed. You ordered an entry-level winter cover for a residential pool. Regardless of the quality of a residential winter cover, your inspection would have failed because it is not designed for commercial pool safety. I'd confirm with your inspector, but you would likely need a safety cover. A safety cover is anchored to the deck and it prevents people from falling into the pool.

Our return policy states that the product must be new, unused, and in the orginal package. It also states that we accept returns within 30 days. You ordered this 12/7/23 and notified us on 2/15/24. We might have been able to take it back, but you have already installed the cover. We can't resell a used cover to another customer.

If you'd like to order a safety cover, we can offer you a discount to help offset the cost of the original cover.

My pool pump motor failed and I called…

My pool pump motor failed and I called to ensure that I purchased the correct replacement 220v motor. I verified the serial and model numbers with a Inyo Pools representative and the representative checked availability. The replacement was shipped that day and arrived promptly. Included in the delivery were cam seal replacement and other seals, this was not discussed nor was there an additional charge. In addition, I was sent a link fully explaining the steps to complete the motor swap. Such superior customer service.

They placed my order took my money next day canceled my order has still been a week have not got my money back they hung up on me during inquiry will never do business again ever worst experience all the way terrible customer service, then they write back for more info from me that they did not care about when I was on the phone and said if I didn’t provide it they would take down my review after all the hoops I had to jump thru just to post it never again.

We had to cancel the order at 10am 9/28 because the motor you ordered is not compliant with the state of California. When we canceled the order, a reversal of the original authorization occurred. I didn't know the exact size of my pool…

I didn't know the exact size of my pool filter system but the lady I talked with was so pleasantly helpful(which was nice, as i was frustrated, trying to find the size) She stayed on the phone with me while I emailed her a photo and then looked up the numbers, found my part and emailed me a purchase order. Great experience. So very easy. The part came in, all I had to do was put it in my filter. It fit perfect! So happy! My pool looks so great!! One less thing to worry with. Thank y'all so much!
