Disgracefully treated by these clowns.
Shocking and In my opinion Fraudulent, Invictus Protect’s car warranty was a waste of money. Claims were denied, support was evasive, and the “coverage” felt like clever fine print. I wouldn’t touch it again — do your homework before signing anything avoid like the plague.
Company have been great with commutation mostly Chris has spoken to me and he has been great with the support had a few financial issues which chris sorted out for me within the hour, havent had to claim on my GAP insurance yet thankfully but so far been nothing but good, nothing to fault these guys at all!
I didn't know I was hooked into a year long contract and you are liable for the full amount even if you try to cancel the policy or no longer require it. That was my fault for not checking more closely at the fine print but the amount of hassle to even cancel has been ridiculous. I absolutely advise people to go elsewhere and avoid avoid avoid this company at all costs.
🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑 be careful scammers company they sold me gap insurance. I have returned the car back to Dealer. Want to cancel my car. They keep asking different different excuses. Please be careful. Don't waste your money with this company.🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑
Avoid at all cost unless you intend to do the full 12 month warrenty.I googled monthly warrenties because our lease car arrangement had run out and new car was not available for another three months.Cancelled after three months and got messages that i had to pay the remaining 9 months on policy. This was not stated when policy was taken out but turns out in terms and conditions in small print that this is a loan and has to be repaid.Been in contact but no one is budging so will have to pay rest of premiums for a service i do not need now. Try to find a proper warrenty company who will accept monthly payments and will agree to cancel if you have to get rid of car before agreement ends.
Purchased an extended warranty for my car which I had to claim on. Initially communication was good and repair agreed and completed but 5 weeks later am still waiting for reimbursement of my claim. Phone calls and emails ignored. Been very stressful and defeated the object of buying warranty in first place. Avoid
Phoned in 10.30am to spk about my warranty told I would get a call back this was said 6x NOT one call back , read up on this company on here so that is normal no call back if you are inquiring about a claim ,that was 3 days ago today 29 nothing , so thankfully I’ve I’ve classed this company as fraudulent with my credit card company , and there will investigate for me to retrieve my money back
Realised the level of cover wasn't what I wanted and cancelled immediately via email, sent me a finance agreement 2 weeks later and refused to sign and requested to cancel again immediately. Just realised they been taking payments even though I didn't sign, spoke to bank and they refunded as fraud.
Took out a policy and had noticed a leak 6 weeks later, which I had inspected by a mechanic. We called to make the claim and ofcourse they do everything in their power to avoid paying out, apparently it’s down to wear and tear which my policy covers but issue needs to occur after 90 days! Avoid at all costs! If you have any issue within the first 3 months then they will try and put it down to wear and tear because apparently a car can never malfunction on its own. Typical warranty firms who do anything but cover a claim.
Took out a cap insurance to cover excess depreciation and any car hire needed. They told me emergency assist ltd were the company dealing with my claim. Emergency assist won't pay out. £800 I've been conned out of .fraudulent is the only description suitable. AVOID
emailed info@ asking for help with a warranty three times and no reply. Called and eventually told to email claims@ . claim agreed ( less than it actually cost me ) but now ghosted after I’ve had the work done . No money received and no response to any communication- update today they finally responded and had sent the money to the wrong bank. Now received
Shocking have been nothing but trouble . Get left for days waiting for a reply to be told your claim cancelled and policy void do to a direct debit failure at my bank to which I re set up and paid my monthly premium. But I’m now left £1240 in debt and not able to pay when my valid gap policy should have paid this amount.
