I go to invictus active for a lot of my purchases for both racing wheelchair and daychair. Love the great service from them and have recommended them to a lot of people.

My favourite supplier of adaptive equipment by far. Rarely choose anybody else, these guys are incredible. Bought a portable wheelchair gym kit a while ago now and I use it every day, still in perfect condition. 10/10 recommend.

The team are very kind and helpful, (Scott,Danielle) I had some trouble with the shipping of my wheelchair products and they were very fast to respond and help out, the products themselves are also amazing and good quality so I will definitely be buying from them again!

I bought my Freewheel and off road wheels from Invictus earlier this year. They have been great in terms of making far more places accessible.
The customer service was very good. The kit arrived quickly and no question was too small as I was setting up the Freewheel. I’d highly recommend.

Great service and product! Purchased a pair of off road wheels for my wheelchair with the silicone wheel grips and wheel bag. Video on website really helpful to measure for correct axel pin and delivery really quick

I had a good experience being able to try both a chair and triride power attachment from home. The wait time for the chair to be built was a lot longer than I was told it would be but not the fault of Invictus. Once the wheelchair and attachment arrived it was set up for me and I felt confident going out to use it for the first time.

Fast and efficient delivery by DPD/Chronopost to here in France. Payment of import duty by myself online.

Ordered some new wheels, clarified pin sizes etc before order. Placed order. 3-5days delivery. Waited a week, nothing. Gave them a call, there was a problem with the rim when they tried to fit the wheel. So they had to send the batch back to replace it, that would take a week. But Invictus had omitted to email me to let me know. Called back, rang and rang, finally someone picked up the phone, they explained the issue and said they'd be here next week so I waited. Called a week later left message no call back. Called again left message was told I'd get a call back, but got an email saying I had to wait another week for my wheels, no reason given. But I'd had an email that day saying my wheels would be despatched that day they just needed to confirm the pin size of the wheel. Requested a refund twice, still waiting.

Update: Contacted the business again. Got through to a person who sounded like they were on the toilet. Left message for someone to call me back. Finally got a call, organised the refund. The owner asked me of I would change my review. Unfortunately I couldn't at the time, only now. I explained this to them, yet I still continued to receive phone calls asking me to change my review. But after the poor communication, the poor ordering process, poor customer service and the following pestering, my review stays the same. Look how long its taken to reply to this? Got my wheels cheaper from Spokz and they arrived within 2 days.

I have shopped with Invictus a few times now, excellent customer service, Scott helped me with some new wheel rims push rims and tyres which I was very grateful for, nothing is to much trouble for them. I was kept up to date with my orders. All items I have purchased have been excellent quality and very good price. I would definitely recommend Invictus. I will keep shopping with them when I need something else. Thank you.

Ordered myself a FreeWheel attachment which I could try for 7 days, & if I didn’t like it, I could return it without being charged. When it arrived, I did need help to set it up but unfortunately it didn’t fit my wheelchair as I needed one from their custom range. Once I made contact, they arranged for another one to be sent out & paused the free trial so I could have time for it to be fitted & tested out, so that was really kind of them. It did take a few attempts for it to be set up right, but now I love using it. When I’m out even just on a pavement, it is a lot less bumpy & I feel more confident getting up & down kerbs. I’ve used it on a grass field & it was brilliant. Definitely glad I choose to try this as it’s great!

Excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong part for my wheelchair and contacted Invictus (Michael) to arrange an exchange. I needed the part ASAP so I could use my chair for a charity gig. Invictus dispatched the correct part immediately, not waiting for the wrong part to arrive with them! This is truly exceptional service.
