Invertu takes your money and gives you nothing!

Invertu.com has cheated a lot of people on their money as we can see from the reviews here. We ordered two lamps in the beginning of April this year. We had first checked out the reviews here on Trustpilot and there seemed to be a lot of satisfied customers.

We first got an e-mail saying that one of the lamps was out of stock. We were even refunded for that. The other lamp should come within 5 weeks. We still haven't received our lamp and Invertu cannot be reached on e-mail or phone!

Don't buy from Invertu.com! They have probably gone bankrupt or something like that. Unfortunately we don't have high hopes of getting our money back and from now on we will be very restrictive in buying from other webshops as well.

Helpful & efficient, product true to description !

I ordered a Louis Poulsen Panthella replica table lamp . Invertu answered my email quickly with an enquiry regarding the lamp and was delivered within a week of ordering . I'm extremely pleased with my lamp which looks stunning ! Very close indeed to the original . Willl happily ordered from Invertu again!

Great service - good product

I ordered a coffee table. i arrived 2 days later, unfortunately with a damaged leg. Invertu replaced it within 48 hours - WOW, love it.

Bad Quality Chairs with Happy End

First shipment was of bad quality - chairs were poorly wrapped and packed and had been treated very badly (most probably by shipping company): hence 4 out of 6 were damaged.

The chairs were replaced with new ones - good service, good customer care.

At the end happy customer :-)

Great company, I will come back!

Great speed, fast delivery and reliable. Delivery to Switzerland was not in standard on Sunday morning so I asked support of invertu. Sunday evening, reply came that CH is set-up. I did order same day and Friday morning same week, goods were at post-office and my lamp was installed in the evening! What can I say more?
