So, I read some of the reviews and was skeptical. But I really needed the item as I could not find it elsewhere. I took a leap of faith and ordered. Had to pay in Crypto only as they have stopped accepting cards coz of the high fees. Surprisingly, my item arrived 2 days before the official delivery date. Not sure if they have improved their services or I was just lucky. But they were great. IMHO.

Paid $524.88 for a window unit air conditioner on 5-1-24. Ever got the unit and can't get refunded. My name is Brian Flowers, my phone is 901-508-0001. It time for a class action lawsuit.

Scammers, been waiting for a $300 refund for over a month. Now they don’t answer emails or phone calls.

Do not do business with these scammers !!! Ordered a Golden Tee Archade game from them on 3-22-24 charged to my card and payed for. Never shipped the item, and as of 5-9-24 still trying to get a refund to no avail. I am now working with federal agency’s, BBB, and whatever other sources I can find to help recover. My mistake for paying and trusting with debit card, as bank can not do charge back.

Ordered Turbos Delux 2023 to file Federal Stae Tax. Sent download link and activation code. After l download the software activation was sent won't activate software.
I have call numerous time sent email but not refunding money.
Dead line April 15 was approaching so I purchased same software Cd from Staples and was able to file TAX on last date April 15, 2024

I ordered the Sony WF-1000XM3 True Wireless Noise-Canceling In-Ear Earphones (Silver) for my son on this website and I can say that they are legit website, there's a kinda bit delay on their shipment but their customer service is very humble and apologetic and making sure that my order will arrived in no time, so if you're not in a hurry I would recommend this website as they offered reasonable price compared to others.

I ordered two monitors from this company and received an email they are on backorder with the option to cancel. I cancelled my order three weeks ago and I still do not have my money back.
Invastor claims they have processed my refund.

I am filed a dispute with my credit card company. Waiting to see if I am going to get my money back.

Does not appear reputable. I ordered a computer mouse and after 7 days, no update on order status.
Even Amazon, Best Buy, EBay, and others give status of order being prepped, order scheduled to ship, and order shipped, but no such professionalism from Invastor.
I made six calls over two days and the automated system says all reps busy.
So I called my Master Card Fraud Department to cancel the sale.

I am a Virtual assistant and this site helped me and my employer. We purchased a Turbo Tax software and it is very cheap as compared to other shops. We experienced delay it took them 4 days to send the download link and license code.

Overall, if you are not in a hurry, this shop offers a great deal but expect delays. I hope they improve

I bought an AMD APU from Invastor.com. The order was easy, and the price was by far the lowest of what Google had found. That worried me, but my order arrived on time, in perfect condition.

Was a bit of a leap of faith coz i had never heard of em, but then the prices we really good. Anyway, my Apple AirPods did arrive pretty quickly, can't complain...

Okay, so I recently purchase TurboTax for my client. You need to be patient, it took 3 business days for me to get my download link.

I am not in a rush so it is really okay for me. Their prices are considerably cheaper.
