Poor return handling (€300 lost)

Beautiful dresses, but be careful with returns. My €300 return isn’t being refunded because the courier couldn’t deliver to their warehouse (address was correct) and left it at a pickup point. Customer service says they won't collect it, so no refund until it’s redelivered—which I think we all know is practically impossible to arrange. Especially since it's international. Be cautious before ordering.

This company does not do well with returns

This company does not do well with returns. Whether it is intentional or not, their website is deceptive, they state they offer returns but then will not under the guise of ‘bespoke product’ despite not clearly stating the product is bespoke in the product description (they said to me they are now looking at editing their website). They offered me a refund and after I sent the product back they refused to follow through with the refund only offering a credit note. They admitted they were wrong for this but never did anything about it. I’m so disappointed with their customer service. Very money hungry brand. Do not order unless you are certain you won’t need to return. Unfortunately the product was poorly made and looked cheap in person which was my reasoning for return.

Unethical Return Practices — BEWARE

I returned a dress well within the stated return window, yet the owner refused delivery and had the package sent back to me. I paid over $50 to ship the item and was then charged additional fees because they rejected the return. After looking online, I found multiple reviews from other customers who reported the same treatment. This is extremely unfair and unethical business behavior, and I want others to be aware before ordering.

I bought the Lily’s Ethereal silk dress for my friends wedding and it was perfect. The quality is amazing, it fit beautifully. The whole experience with Into Gaia was smooth and personal, would definitely recommend!

Beautiful pieces and amazing service

Was handmade on pre order so took a few weeks to arrive but was worth the wait!! Actually feels like something made with love, not mass produced. Quality is amazing! Can wait to wear my Gaia dress for my bday next week 🤍

DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2 dresses, returned them because the fit was off, and the shipment company contacted IntoGaia and they never responded to the shipment company so the package is just stuck in customs for the past 4 months. This company is irresponsible and does not handle returns well AT ALL. I had trouble with them even accepting the return to begin with because they website said 14 days to return and they initially would not take the return because it was 14 days since dispatch but the website does not state that language. This company will waste your time and money. I will never recommend this website to anyone.

5 months later and still no refund for…

5 months later and still no refund for the poor quality dress, they have the dress and my money and did not reply to an email when I said they should return it back to me! I’m finally taking it further legally as this has caused me so much distress I feel so fed up of having to chase this spending so much time on the phone, the dress was poor quality and marked on their end regardless what they say, please do not buy from here I have my own small business and can not believe how little they care for their customers! Absolutely appalling! So many of my reviews have been deleted so people probably won’t get to read this!

NEVER SHIPPED ORDER OR REPLIED

I ordered and paid for an item 6 weeks ago that was on preorder with an estimated 2-3 week wait.

I've emailed 4 times over the last 2 weeks with no response. No response on instagram either.

This company is amazing!

This company is amazing!! I had a vacation july 10th and bought the item a week before and they delievered it a few days before I was leaving on vacation. Siobhan and her team are incredible. Also the clothing is incredible. I bought the Sirena Verde Silk Chiffon Cape and not only is the material great but it looked stunning on vacation. I defintely will be shopping at Into Gaia again :)

Great dress, 0 complaints

I don’t know why so many people are complaining on here. Yes, the dress was delayed a week but the CS team communicated well. The quality of the Astral Aura dress is incredible. Nowadays everything is made from polyester so it’s a relief to see QUALITY

Its not a fast fashion brand so give them a break, people just love to moan as they’ve got nothing better to do

I will be back 😘

my new favourite store

Thank you for the amazing shell skirt and cape, it was on 3 week pre order and they were so helpful and shipped to me in time for my holiday, i will definitely be buying again soon, everything is so beautiful and the quality of pieces are amazing

No refund or contact from company

I ordered a dress size M, however the sizing was too small, more like an XS/S. I requested to be refunded - which was approved. I then received an email saying that they did not receive a return request (I sent proof of previous emails). I paid for return, which was received on May 27th - signed for and photo evidence. I have contacted the company numerous times - via email and their social media to ask for an update on my refund however no response. I have also sent evidence that the item was delivered, and I am still waiting on a refund of £155. I will be seeking other avenues to retrieve the money back if I do not get refunded.

Update - I have spoke through instagram where they inform me that they do not use Klarna as a payment method however I checked out through Klarna. After opening a dispute with Klarna, they have informed them that they did not receive my return despite the owner of the company signing for and photographic evidence of delivery. Avoid at all costs. RIP offs

Bad quality and customer service.

Ordered a dress with an anticipated 1-2 week preorder time. It arrived 7 weeks later with runs in the silk and is just generally of quite poor quality, which is especially disappointing given the price. I’ve never made a review before and was only compelled to write this because customer service don’t seem to want to talk to you if you don’t want to have to pay the return shipping on a defective item. Fortunately I was able to successfully dispute the transaction through my bank.

We did share the return process with you, but instead of returning the item, a chargeback was issued and refunded through your bank meaning both a refund and the item were kept. As a very small business, we do our best to cover part of the shipping costs where possible, but we’re unfortunately unable to offer free returns at this stage.

Wasted money, returning impossible

I ordered a dress size M and when it arrived the size corresponds more to a size S. That can happen so I contacted them to arrange a return. The package had arrived from Indonesia and they informed me that I had to return it to the UK. I returned the package ( costed 10 EUR) and found out that I had to pay 50 EUR tax before it could be delivered. I contacted into Gaia and they informed me that I had to pay those fees. At this point I was shocked by the amount of the fee but I just didnt want to be stuck with a dress that I didnt fit. I contacted into gaia again my email just to double check the address as I didnt want to risk wasting 60 EUR and the dress being send to a wrong address. I received an error that the email was not send. Tried multiple times. Then I reached out to them by instagram, even commented on one of there post to get back to me but I never received an answer. Their customer service sucks. Returning something to them is just impossible. Just wasted money.

A bit disorganized

The product itself is really lovely! Unfortunately, I had to return it because it didn't fit. I was prepared to pay for the shipping to return it but the process wasn't very easy as there were multiple mistakes on their end during my entire order. At first, they did not even ship my order due to something being marked wrong on their end and I had to reach out to check in multiple times. During the return process, they refunded me the wrong amount (less than what I paid) and I had to reach out in order to get that fixed as well (at the time of writing this, I still have not received a response). Honestly, just seemed really disorganized and not thorough enough for the price of the pieces. I wouldn't order anything else from them despite everything being super cute :(

This brand went above and beyond to…

This brand went above and beyond to help me get the perfect sizing and dress. I emailed them with my measurements and they responded swiftly with their size recommendations and even let me know how much stock of the dress was left since they hand make the dresses and are a small business. I was able to order my size in both colors. The quality is great and I wore one out in Miami recently which was a hit! Definitely a great brand to support.
