This is a dishonest company. I bought a pool and it stated it came with the ladder. It was delivered without the ladder and when I asked where it was he said it didn't come with one and changed the webpage. However I had screenshots of the original advertisement when I bought the product. He just does not respond. Despite buying what was advertised as a top 2500CHF package he tried to upsell. When I questioned why- I never got a reply…..
