I was having difficulty accessing my account and the trading platform, after a 6 month break from trading. Jason was very helpful in helping me navigate the system and so patient when my computer appeared to freeze. He waited while I tried to fix the problem with his help, reassuring all the while, that I could take my time and he was right there with me. Excellent service from his support and very confidence building for my future trading with this company.

Words can't describe how I'm feeling at the moment...
To start off with, I was unfortunate enough to be migrated from Avatrade to Intertrader. During that process I had a few open trades automatically closed at a major loss. (I was hoping to keep them open for many days or weeks longer in order to minimise the losses, but I never got that choice as they closed them all before migrating what was left of the remaining balance. I sent them a message about this, asking why they did not give me a choice, but I never got any reply.
I carried on opening and closing trades as I had done with Avatrade, hoping to eventually get a reply and maybe recieve some compensation (or simply have the trades re-opened again), but none of those happened. They simply did not reply!
Luckily for me, since then I have been creating profits slowly, and last week I managed to create profits of over 15k (thanks to Trump going to war with Iran, making the EUR/USD drop down around 1.5%!)
But this morning I noticed somebody has accessed my account and closed 99% of ALL my trades resulting in a loss of £85k!!!
Looking at all their answers to any issues customers have complained about on Trustpilot, they seem to want us to always email them. So, I have emailed them at the address they advertise but I have not had any reply (again) yet.
I informed them that my account has been accessed and (almost) all my trades have been closed. I did not close them, nor did I want anyone else to close them, and if they do not reinstate my trades and balance, I will report them to the FCA as well the police, because they have effectively stolen my money. I also stated that I will take legal action as well, in order to recover my money, and get compensation for this, as well as my losses when my account was migrated.
I will keep this review updated, especially if they reinstate my trades or refund me the balance I had at the time.
Please note: I am not here to cause any issues for Intertrader, I just want my trades back and an explanation as to who closed them and under whose authority. So far they have not done this. Therefore you can make up your own minds if you are willing to trust such people with your money.

Absolutely useless, support and customer service, Join through training educator, which are really good, but this mob, i have to send 10 email to try and link my account to the educator, its was like pulling teeth, then had 4 phone calls to sort and all the agents did not have a clue who their partner was, i missed a huge gold trade because of the incompetence, i raised a formal complaint 2 weeks ago has sent chase emails, absolutely no reply, Give this shower a huge wide berth, there are much better brokers than this useless lot!
