Certainly don't recommend Internetcalls.
I'm in the UK and I spent a good while researching and installing Internetcalls because I'm profoundly hearing impaired so can't hear if I use a regular telephone. I do have software on my computer that helps, so I wanted to see if I could contact my sister, who is also in the UK. The calls wouldn't connect so I asked the "helpdesk", who told me I had to pay. I responded by pointing out that they advertise a free service, to which they did not reply. Seems dishonest to me. Wouldn't recommend them. I just spent a lot of time over Internetcalls for nothing - and having contact with my sister had meant a lot to me.
