I was informed that my original reservation was no longer available. Several possible substitutions were offered and I was happy to go with one.
The change was made very efficiently. While I would have preferred my original choice - it has a balcony with sea view - the apartment I’m now getting looks lovely and is a good price.
Hi, I'm quite worried to see that a place I booked on Booking and that is ran by Interhome is still available for holiday rental though I have reported it online and in person at the Interhome Drumnadrochit office on September 19. The place is The Little Home by Interhome in Drumnadrochit and is not fit for welcoming people.
Also, I meant to say that the advertisement of places is quite misleading. I had booked a place ran by Interhome for the first time last September thinking it should be fine since it's such a big organisation. But we did not stay at the place as it was awful and got refunded the next day. But I was told at the local office that sometimes the cleaning is done by the hosts if they choose the option (cleaning that they clearly hadn't done in this case) and is not always supervised by Interhome. You should say that in the ads. I would have thought twice about booking that had I known that fact. Consider including it, please.

We were with 3 in a small apartment, but really spacious, all comfort and facilities present. Short distance to slopes, shops and restaurants. Parking was up front and easily reserved in Tignes but only 5 mins with the bus (free). The apartment is quiet and offers nice views. Skiing in Val Claret is perfect for all types of skiers , there are a few blue slopes for absolute beginners free of charge. The Swimming pool/ Spa in Tignes is recommendable after a full day of skiing. Can highly recommend the area for skiing and the apartment for staying especially is the price/ quality ratio is perfect.
Dirty Apartment with send everywhere, dirty towels with marks and dirty linen with hairs.
Internet was not working at all but in contract I had internet and I had important meetings to make. I called emergency number and nobody answer or call back for 2 days (lucky we had no emergency). The fixed internet after two days but it barely worked so I would not rely on it at all.
Finally they told to bring towels/linen and keys to the office and 09:30 (but we have checkout at 10:00, absurd) and nobody was in office (because it Sunday) and no one answered any phone, no one contacted day before about checkout so I was guessing what to do with the huge bag of towels and linen. We left everything in apartment.
They called me back and started to explain what you do normally, but I don't rent from them normally and normally you have clean apartment, and normally the beds already with linen and customers dont deal with it, normally.

The worst tourist agency we ever met. We booked an apartment in Cannes I January. Everything on the pictures was perfect till the moment of true. Now we are in the apartment...the walls are with mold, the bathroom is under expectations-literally. It has an awful smell in the apartment that hit you when you open the door. I took pictures with the biggest issues and show its in their office. The lady there was "under expectations " for a customer relations person. She told me the mold is normal and if I have complaints to message someone.....zero emphaty, zero understanding, zero competence.

We have rented an accomodation for 8 person’s. The second day of our stay there were feces coming out of the shower drain. Two of the three toilets were also clogged. We tried to contact the company directly after these events. By the time they came to resolve it we were at the end of our stay and the situation had gotten much worse. We had to prevent the shower from flooding with excrement ourselves. After a long, drawn-out discussion, they decided to only refund 20% of the costs of the stay. I advise you all to never rent here. What a terrible company. We booked accommodation in Villers Sur Mer via Booking.com. Only after they had taken the money and cancellation not possible we’re all the hidden extra charges revealed. Pay for bedding, pay for towels, pay 6 euros a day for WiFi. We were able to avoid these as we brought our own bedding and towels as we were driving so could load up the car and we bought a French e-sim. However, they also didn’t explain that we had to pick the keys up from a local key holder, this entailed 1 hour round trip. They also didn’t explain the was an office operating to strict hours. We we’re due to check in between 5-6 bit were running about 10 mins late at most due to delays at Folkestone border. I emailed to say we might be late. I called to say we were going to be late and got no response so left a message. When we arrived we were met by the most unpleasant woman I’ve had the misfortune to meet. She was surly, told us the office was closed, when I said we were there to pick up keys she told us we were late. I explained that I had tried to contact them but she said she was too busy to read emails or answer calls. I had to leave the office and let my husband deal with her as was well and truly at the end of my tether. Never again.
