Reliable, easy to navigate, beautiful arrangements for every occasion. I’m usually always last minute with sending gifts for holidays/ special occasions and live away from family. I can always depend on this site to prepare something nice and deliver on time.
I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled by Interflora.
After my initial complaint, I received a public reply claiming that their customer service team had “provided a solution.” This is simply not true. No one has contacted me, and I have received no follow-up, no resolution, and no proper response to the multiple emails I’ve sent.
If you are claiming that this issue has been resolved, then please clearly state what your supposed “solution” was and when you contacted me—because I have received nothing.
To be clear: I canceled my order just minutes after placing it, yet I was still charged around €60 with no valid justification. Since then, I’ve made several attempts to resolve the issue directly, but I’ve been completely ignored.
What’s most frustrating is not just the lack of refund, but the misleading public response suggesting the issue has been resolved when it clearly has not. This gives a false impression to other customers.
At this point, I feel completely disregarded as a customer. I strongly urge others to be cautious when using this service. If a problem arises, don’t expect timely support, transparency, or fair treatment.
I will update this review if and when this issue is genuinely resolved.

I ordered flowers for my mother bday. They accepted the order with a promised delivery date on a sunday.
By sunday no flowers were delivered
Then Monday they said the flowers would be delivered.
I wrote them to inquire. Eventually Tuesday they cancelled my order.
They treat flowers transactions like we are ordering laundry detergent. There is no accountability, and no morale compass. Ordering flowers is more than transactional, for many occasions, it has a strong meaning and unfortunately they lost that touch.
Extremely disappointed with such lack of professionalism.

1st time they never delivered with the excuse that there was no one home, next day same thing!! But my aunt was always inside the house! They ruined my surprise and would not refund!!! Btw this is Interflora in aix en provence, France, and chronopost, lazy people. Then they claim that they provided a solution: go get your flowers yourself from a bureau!!!!! What kind of service is that?????
