Ordered sale items on Thursday to find I only have the delivery choices of next day 4.95 or Saturday 7.95. I chose next day
On Friday I received a text saying it will be delivered Monday. I went on to emailing intense saying I was unhappy, there wasn’t information to tell me when I must order to receive the next day.
A lady then called to say she was upset with how unhappy I was and put it through to Saturday delivery. I still didn’t receive until Monday.
I order the khaki and light grey two piece from the sale. When they came they were dark colours where the website showed light coloured.
Really bad service, wouldn’t recommend and definitely wouldn’t order again.
FYI all items they sell end up in sale so save your money. But also understand the reason is probably because they can’t sell them through such terrible services.
Will not refund you. contacted them countless times with one response saying ''yes'' to a refund yet nothing has been done. poor
