You can do a test, they can take your data, and they can cancel it, without explanation from either the client or the support apparatus. No one will help you. No one cares. The AI agent is the dumbest piece of crap I've ever talked to. There are zero real people there. It's a hellhole.

While I love the premise of this platform, it seems that as of recent, customers are now allowed to reject user tests without specifying reasons and the support team refuses to provide any reason or any support to dispute these rejections. It's been happening more and more to tests that I spent lots of time on and am completely confident in the quality of.

It used to be good, but now it's poor pay, $1 for a 15 minute survey.

Really miss the old intellizoom because previously it's working by their own so I get decent amount of surveys with good payout. But now they collaborate with User Testing and because of that I don't even get any single survey invitation.

I've been doing these for years now. Last week I did one and as soon as I had done, it gave me a message telling me that the survey was full and they didn't need my input. I had already done it, so I emailed them, (they had recorded my screen when I did it). They told me that they had no record of doing it. I'm not impressed that they have taken my time for nothing, they are getting paid and it seems they are keeping the money instead of paying. How can they have no record, if they recorded my screen? Customer service is not good at all! I'm sure they will next day they have no record of my contacting them either about it!

They kick you off without any valid reason.If we request the reason for kick off , I think it's a general format where they send it to all.

After two years with no rejections, they suddenly started rejecting all my submissions. When I complained, they kicked me off. Hasn't been the same since they sold out to a competitor. Sad, it used to be pretty good.

Agree with the previous reviewers, looks like a bait and switch operation to get info from new users. Stay away lots of Youtubers promoting

So I signed up all it looked good Did my profile 100% got my PayPal verified had 50 some surveys within the first hour or not surveys but options for you know their tasks and all the other things and guess what every single one I went through at least 15 of them and every single one of them I was not qualified for some of them were direct questions they say there's no wrong answer but it doesn't matter what you answer you get disqualified I don't believe that I'm going to qualify for any of them why are you sending me what's the point of filling out the profile 100% of the way if you're not going to send things that fit the profile of the person that's doing the study you know That's my thing I don't understand it It's frustrating and I think that people who make money on there are probably paid off by the company I don't know that's just my opinion but I think it's bogus

They cut you off after a while, don't pay for studies you've already done, and they start rejecting the studies.

Under Godsluetenant email, Intellizoom is the worse !! Almost ..all these survey apps are ripping people off , I did a couple of studies and they said i violated there policy but they couldnt tell me what it was and they kept the money i made ,I think they just wanted my information in there Data base straight thieves steer far away from this company.

Intellizoom will take your time and data and not pay you. I made about $100 on this site and then suddenly, they started rejecting my work and not paying me (for only 2 studies) I had about $80 and hours of work put into them and they just stopped paying me. Also, after a certain point of making money they will totally cut you off from receiving invites to studies. God help you if you don't keep track of what they owe you. They don't track anything you do. They will just send you an email and its up to you. I don't have the time or energy to fight for my $80 but I will tell whoever reads this that they will pay you and then cut you off just like THAT. It seems like they probably are pocketing the money because I did studies for Ford and well known banks and was never paid OR rejected.

This is a company I've worked for a long time since June 2023 and I made so much money. They deleted my account just some time last week and I was told that I violated their code of conduct. I was so surprised from these allegations. It is so sad to see a really good company allow people to work yet not get paid.
Companies that patronize intellizoom need to think twice. This is so sad.

This is use to be a very good site - but as per lots of other reviews on here, it has gone downhill. Did not receive any new tests for months and when questioned was told i violated company policy. Would not tell me why, I'm not sure how they benefit from this, as previously did not have any problems.

At first this was great. I never got accepted onto their larger paying projects but did many many smaller ones and I was happy with that. After some time my tests suddenly started getting rejected one after another. I sent them a message and got a generic response. Then the invites stopped. I sent a message and got another generic response telling me it could be that i didnt match any profiles. After a few months I messaged again and asked if there was a problem as I was no longer receiving invites (used to get around 20 a day originally) and had a response saying I'd violated their terms and they were deleting my account!! No explanation as to what I'd supposedly done and when I checked their terms I definitely had not violated any. Very very disappointed. I've read many reviews that say it's great at first but then people seem to have similar issues.

I have no option but to refer to this company as a fraudulent one. They used my time, effort, ideas and opinions with a promise to pay for them, and they suddenly went ghost.

After successfully completing over 40 studies with a promise to pay each study completed successfully, I started to receive emails disapproving all the studies, afterwards I stopped receiving invitation to new studies. All attempts to reach out to the team proved abortive, my account subsequently got suspended with no tangible reason.

No legitimate and genuine organisation would operate in this manner. Why was my account suspended, why were all my completed studies (worth over £500) disapproved, why have they refused to respond to my emails requesting for an explanation.

Some of these studies take as long as 30mins to complete, I successfully completed all studies satisfactorily, shared my thoughts, opinions and recommendations for numerous products and Intellizoom has refused to pay me for my intellect.

This is absolutely appalling and this company should be penalised for this act of fraud.

In April 24 I've got 18 messages that "My study was rejected", I wasn't paid for them and haven't seen any new studies since. Before April I successfully completed about 300 studies in 6 month. I think it's a FRAUD on their part.
