IntelliVita made an app for me

I worked with IntelliVita on the development of a mobile app, and unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations.

At the beginning, communication was strong and the project seemed well-structured. However, after signing the contract and starting the work, it became clear that the team was operating from a different time zone than expected, which made communication slower and more difficult. At times, language barriers also added to the challenge.

As development progressed, timelines extended significantly beyond what had been agreed. While I initially allowed flexibility due to my own ongoing content preparation, delays eventually became substantial. When I was finally able to test the app, it became clear that it did not match the expected functionality or quality.

There were numerous bugs and usability issues, and resolving them required a long period of back-and-forth. Changes that I have since learned could be relatively straightforward often took extended periods to implement. The testing process was also difficult, with some users unable to access the app at all during early stages.

After launch, ongoing issues remained, and once the included support period ended, additional charges were required for further fixes. At that point, I decided to move to another developer. Since then, I’ve also learned that key monitoring tools (such as crash and performance tracking) had not been set up, which made it difficult to properly diagnose issues during development.

As a result, I’ve had to invest additional time and money into stabilising and maintaining the app, including ongoing monthly costs that were not anticipated at the outset.

To be fair, the team did offer additional support after I raised concerns, but by that stage I had already lost confidence in the process and chose to move on.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering working with this company ensures that expectations around communication, timelines, technical implementation, and post-launch support are clearly defined and independently verified before proceeding.

This was a difficult and stressful experience overall, and I hope this feedback helps others make a more informed decision.

Scammers - Don't trust them at all - Don't waste your Time and Money

We contracted with them to customise and deliver a white-label ride-hailing app. They presented to us their developed app and told us it was operating in the UK and Africa as well. We made the deal and they started the customisation. Our requirement was to deliver two models, private and ride sharing for both iOS and Android and the estimated delivery was 12 weeks.
It has taken them endless time to deliver the first model (Private) with bugs and issues which they persistently failed to recover. The second model (Ride-sharing) not even started developing. One more shame and big issue that they made coding mistake that caused Google to bill us over £1000. This was admitted a mistake by them and agreed to pay it, but we eventually paid it ourselves to Google as they ignored responding to us. We made one big mistake that trusted this company and its directors.
