Waste of money

Filing a small claims against an assaulter. Paid $25 to find i for on this person only to get the exact same i for i already found with a simple Google search. Save your money.

i would give them zero stars i could

i would give them zero stars if could! i used their service on trial basis for one phone number and cancelled service. i find out months later they have been billing me 42 a month for the last 3 months claiming i didnt cancel membership. they are freakin crooks!! do not use them unless you want to get ripped off. they will not work with you to make it right either. they know i didnt use their service but are dishonest about their practices.

We want to clarify that when a user activates their account, they must provide an electronic signature authorizing Intelius to charge their card as described, including for the automatic renewal of their membership. Our billing terms are clearly explained on our registration page and in our Terms of Use, and a confirmation email is sent for all orders placed on the site. We also have no record of any prior cancellation request before January.

Regarding your account, it has been cancelled since January as a result of a chargeback filed with your financial institution. There have been no charges since that time. When a chargeback occurs, the account is placed in dispute with the financial institution, and we would encourage you to contact them directly for any refund requests as they will be able to provide you with the results of the dispute. Due to the chargeback, access to this account is no longer available.

I was never able to open the report in…

I was never able to open the report in spite of the fact that I called and talked with agent. The initial call was disconnected. The 2nd call, I was told there was something going on with the program and to try again in 1/2 hr which I did, but still no report. I tried several times after that and was never able to open the report.

This website is a lie…

This website is a lie from the very beginning. When you start looking for specific information, it makes it seem like the site is searching for it, showing a loading illusion again and again, until finally, they convince you to pay to access the desired information. When you decide to pay, you realize you’ve been deceived because there are no actual results. You try again to search for the information, and after a few seconds, the expected response appears: “Sorry, there is no related information, this is unusual.” They are true masters of deception.
