Their van drove into my parked car at 1804 . Witnessed by 4 people .the driver just walked off. The Company was informed at 0809 the next morning .The driver 5 weeks later rang to apologies stating it was an accident and not deliberate "on the 5 of nov . I Emailed back and fourth. When I sent a repair quote to them as requested and it was only for £540. There attitude seemed to change and they started "poo poo" in it . One manager basically told me to go away or contact the police .
So i did contact the police and they are "surprisingly " very keen to spk to the driver and the firm. Luckily for me every email, call and photo has been
recorded and documented.
All we ever wanted was for our car to be repaired . Now we're going to pursue them in court all for a damaged bumper , go figure
It's going to cost them more in solicitors than the bumper is .

Poor company to work for very poor pay. Huge turnover of staff.
Left to feel your efforts are in vain.

We bought a former council property and they advised us they had used IWS to drain the water system. I got in touch with them desperate to get the water back on so my decorator could use the toilet.
