After years of trouble free operation my Inta Audio computer developed a problem. I phoned them and the problem (power supply) was quickly diagnosed over the phone by Kieran and a replacment ordered. It arrived a couple of days later (the weekend interevened) and I found it easy to fit, knowing also that Kieran had offered to talk me through it if necessary. Everything worked at once and still does. I would happily recommend them and will return as a customer.

I ordered my product but had notification of shipping so I raised that the order hadn't arrived and wanted a refund then it arrived 😊so they were good I was to hasty

I purchased EZ drummer 2 software 2 weeks before the ladt update which was included. I received the product download link and software code straight away. Now it’s updated to EZ Drummer 3. Thanks to INTA AUDIO I had the opportunity to by it cheaper. 5 star from me!!!

Excellent service. Item ordered was out of stock but Inta Audio advised when it would be available and offered alternatives if I didn't want to wait.
I did wait as the item was specific to my requirements and it duly arrived within the timescale advised. So all good.

Ordered speaker cable which was delivered free next day, spot on, I can't ask for more than that.

I am in love with my Behringer U-Phoria UMC22 Audio Interface from Inta-Audio! I got an open-box return at a steal of a price and it works perfectly fine. I also got a Stagg XLR cable, which also happened to be the cheapest 3m Stagg available from what I could fine, even Amazon, which I wanted because I know Stagg are good quality. My timing was bad as I end up ordering on very early morning Sunday on a bank holiday weekend, so I did have to wait a bit which is fair enough, but they got it shipped on Tuesday and Tom was very helpful over email. I paid for express 1-2 day tracked delivery and it arrived on Wednesday to my delight. I did have to email to get the tracking number, but they were happy to give it when I asked.
