Ordered flowers no tracking no order number don’t buy anything from them total rip off

ordered item on and after several day of waiting for it they said it was delivered. But it never showed up. several e-mails to customer service with no response. But they took my money. Still trying to get that back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NO GOOD!!!!!!

I placed order for 3 books on 2/18/26.
3 weeks later I'm still waiting. No word received about shipping date or problem.

Over two wks and still no item. Stay away from these scammers and get it elsewhwere.

No phone number to contact, non-existent customer support, 25 days after payment for the product, no delivery, and not even a tracking number.

Time is running and no paid product. No tracking link, no contact

It was simple and straightforward. You sell the same product as several other sites for about half their price.

They pictured a Three dimensional set of stained acrylic birds on bronze limbs with their feet wrapping the limbs and obvious shape to the birds and tails with light shining through in a stained glass look. What arrived was a non stained, non acrylic, badly painted set of one dimensional metal birds with zero shape and obviously no light shinning through. I have asked forna full refund. I'm thinking good luck with that request.

Yeah I ordered a package from skin tint which caused $22 plus additional fee which equal up to $28 and some change. I think they scammed me because I ordered April 7 is April 17 now so why is it taking forever to send my package?

This is a Chinese company that will rip you off and sell your credit card. Don't buy anything from these disgusting people. They should be locked up

Nohing provided any information about how long it could take to receive the purchased Item. That seems like basic expected information.

Please do not order anything from this site, because you will not receive it. This is a scam. They going to take your credit card & say that they shipped your order ,but there is know tracking or anything.

I ordered foundation on Feb 19th and I still do not have a tracking number. And the date is 3/10/25.More money lost because we trust.

Do not buy anything from this place. They are professional thief's. Strung me along long enough the credit card company I used couldn't help.

Do not order from this website. Placed an order months ago, and never received. Sent atleast a dozen email for an update or refund and never got a response! Such a scam!

I ordered on February 3, 2025. I finally got a tracking number February 11, and another email on February 16 telling me that the product had shipped. Still waiting.
