I needed a small part for my 6 month old cycle not covered ny warranty. Both the manufacturer and supplier advised they were unable to source the part. These guys sourced it and let me know once they had it in stock. I have now purchased received and fitted. I will use these guys moving forward. 11 out of 10. Thank you.

I've just received first class service from inspiral cycles who provided me with some technical information sheets that I've been searching for over a period of weeks;Despite the fact that these documents are not readily available, a comprehensive set of documentation was provided within the hour. the staff went above and beyond normal levels of customer support dealing with a difficult inquiry that took some research I cant recommend them highly enough.

Great experience with Inspiral Cycles. Although I’m local, I had never been in, and I found them through Bosch whilst looking for a service agent for what I thought was a damaged motor (though it turned out to be a dismantled free-hub). Booking a service was easy, and I was able to drop my bike off the day before the booking (longer before if I’d wanted). Staff were friendly, and I got a message mid-morning to say the work was done. I thought the price was good, and my bike is running like new. Apart from the great looking workshop, the shop is nice too with a wide range of clothing, accessories, parts and bikes. I plan to use Inspiral Cycles again for any servicing or shop purchases. It’s great to support local businesses, especially when a lot of online stores aren’t what they used to be in terms of quality and high delivery charges.

I had a full service done by these guys, whole drive chain, new tyres mudguards etc at a cost of 400 pounds. Later I needed new brake callipers and bought them here despite being able to get the cheaper online in order to support my local bike shop. By any standard a good customer. Unfortunately, I was then plagued by punctures (5 in 2 months). On replacing an inner tube I noticed that it was too big for my tyres. When I brought this up with the manager he was adamant that despite it being for an mtb it was the right size for my 700c wheel. However, this inner tube is als for tyres between 1.85 and 2.2 inches (47 to 55 mm) which is indeed too big for my 40mm tyres. In the several months since putting the correct tube in not one puncture. There is no excuse for using this ill fitting tube, it wasn’t like an emergency, I had booked the bike in for this work giving them a couple of weeks to be sure that they had all of the correct parts. In stead of owning the error and offering to put it right the manager was determined to be right, now I go elsewhere. Well done, one lost customer over an inner tube!

The whole Team are spot on. Helpful and approachable. Always make time to talk me through what I require and how we're going to make it work. They do all the research, pass on the information and have never pushed me to buy from them.
All-in-all, this is my not-quite-local local bike shop and will be using them all the time, every time.

Inspiral have always been a little independent bike shop with huge customer service. They have always looked after my husband and myself with whatever we've needed.
This time round I was looking for an E-Bike. Gary and the team were great, not particularly favouring any kind of motor and being honest about the realities of owning one, especially as a first time E-Bike owner and been off the bike a couple of years.
I was met with nothing less than 5* service. Communication about timing, pricing, delivery, build couldn't be any better! Never had to chase once! And the bike was in sooner than expected! I was treat like I was their most important customer and nothing was an issue.

Bought a mtb crankset from these guys and realised I didn’t have the correct bottom bracket to fit it. Emailed them and after giving them the spec of my bike they ordered the right one for me which was dispatched within an hour of me placing my order. Really impressed with the service, all emails were replied to within a couple of hours and when I spoke to them on the phone they were super helpful and friendly. Shall definitely use them again.

New hub fitted and ready to pick up after 1 week.Was a very reasonable price too.Very reliable.

My hydraulic back brake was faulty I contacted them they booked me in that same afternoon and replaced all parts and tested my bike was repaired within the hour fantastic customer service and a very reasonable price would recommend inspiral cycles to everyone cracking job many thanks great team 👍
