Had a few issues with the fit but when I contacted they resolved the problem.

Ordered a pair of jeans and when they arrived they looked absolutely nothing like the picture, sizing was also terrible and inaccurate. Also now can’t get a refund as the item was apparently on sale. Definitely would not shop or recommend here. 0 star review

A win-win all round. I had an issue with my order initially and their customer service responded immediately, rectified the problem and gave me peace of mind! They stayed in touched with me even after I received my delivery, which I highly appreciated! Great customer service, great product and after care! Highly recommend!

once we made contact to resolve the issue , communication was efficient and professional, the issue seemed to have been with Worldpay and not with insideout denim , not their fault but not ours either. The order arrived a day late than promised but that again was down to World pay confirming my sons payment was received 10 days ago. unfortunatly the jeans will be returned as they dont suit my son , but they are a quality item , i hope the return goes smoothly !! many thanks

Seamless ordering process, not sure what all the bad reviews are about most likely due to courier issues as I know my company has had a lot themselves! Don’t let this deter you, ask questions before ordering if you are uncertain, overall very happy with my jeans, they are extremely well made and comfortable.

Delivery was quick as advertised, a mistake was made on inside outs behalf but they were quick to correct it and get the correct product sent out asap, customer service was excellent!!

The delivery was excellent I received them next day like they said they would, when I got the jeans they weren’t really what I expected but I was able to talk to someone through the live chat and come to a reasonable solution as I wasn’t eligible for a full refund. Make sure to read the descriptions of the items you are looking at as they give you details on sizing that you may not know at first glance.

The customer service was absolutely terrible. I had to pay for my own postage for my return. I was also told it would take 5 days. In the end it took over two weeks of me trying to reach them. I also never received my refund but instead received a in store credit. The range oh items on there website is minimal and therefore I have lost £70. I was trying to get a full refund however all I got was rude and delayed emails back. Don’t buy of them

If your looking for quality, nice and good clothing this is the place. Extremely happy with the products I got, looking fresh and clean :)

I ordered a pair of jeans for my son’s birthday but unfortunately they were not a good fit. I chased the company for 3 months during lockdown and was very unhappy at the lack of communication on their part. However, contact was eventually made and I have to say that they went out of their way to make up for my poor experience. I actually met the owner who was very apologetic and explained the difficulties endured during lockdown and how this had impacted on business. The owner couldn’t do enough to rectify the situation and my order was dealt with immediately. As a goodwill gesture my son was also provided with an additional pair of jeans of his choosing that arrived the next day to his delight.

My son loves the jeans and what started as a poor experience ended up as one other businesses could learn from. Will definitely shop with Inside Out in the future.
