Quality of products is amazing, delivery time is absolutely fantastic, and responses to customer service are always replied to promptly and courteously.

I like the loyalty scheme of earning coins on one's account, too, and there's usually always free gifts put in with my orders (pin badges, stickers, etc.).

I'd recommend this company to anyone looking to to buy decent video game merchandise; thus far I've purchased clothing from God of War, Last of Us (the Joel mug is amazingly detailed), and Ghost of Tsushima; all fit extremely well and are true to size.

Overall, I'd easily recommend this company.

I have a few pieces from Insert Coin (namely the Witcher 3 t-shirt, Persona 4 Golden Midnight Channel hoodie, GOW Ragnarök Huldra Brothers hoodie, Ratchet and Clank Rivet Stripe shirt, and then some pins and socks that were thrown in for free) and I absolutely love the brand. If I ever want video game merch clothing, this is always the first place I look. It's a little pricey but it's all good quality, has lasted very well, and is officially licensed. The only reason I'm giving it 4/5 is because the sizing can be a bit inconsistent. My GOW hoodie is spacious but very short in the sleeves and general length, whilst my P4G hoodie fits more standardly, although still slightly narrower than most mediums I own. It's a similar experience between my t-shirts as my Witcher shirt is a bit short in the sleeves but generally perfect, whilst my Ratchet and Clank shirt is long with very little give in the material so it fits more like a small (which is fine for me because I can wear either but would be a problem for someone else). That, and the fact the materials massively differ from shirt to shirt and hoodie to hoodie, is the only criticism I have. I still love everything I have from them, it's just slightly annoying to not be sure on how it's going to fit despite owning other clothes from them.

Nice pieces of clothing, well designed and I’m certainly happy with their products. However I did want to say that because this company is UK based, customers outside the UK are subject to import fees that are not handled by the seller and should be forewarned of this at checkout, instead of having to find this information in the FAQs section.

Personally I bought a Jacket for €150 and was subject to €70 of import fees that I was not expecting.

I placed my preorder. Payment taken only to be informed they could not process my order.

I bought the N7 bomber, with a little apprehension. I received it 6 days later (I live in Switzerland).
I'm 170 cm tall, and I took the size M. It goes perfectly well.
The jacket is of good quality, very light in weight but warm enough for spring or autumn.
The N7 logo is nicely embroidered, and the colors are the same as in the pictures.

I'd buy from this company again !

I bought the four DDLC pins. They look very good! I put them onto my bagpack and… put things in there that you would put in a bat. My Monika Pin fell off and all that remained was the rubber cover inside my bag. The other pins also fell off multiple times, but I saw it, because I was e.g. sitting down/ heard it. Then, the needle off the Sayori pin broke off. I am not handling them harshly or filling my bag up to the very top. I am sorely dissapointed.

EDIT: After leaving my review I was contacted by the seller who offered to send me replacement items, completely free of charge (even no customs fee!) and told me what I could do to try and avoid this in the future. And for that I have raised my rating to 5 stars :)

Ordered a couple Yakuza Pre-order items early December for my son. One said Mid Dec and the other said Late. I didn't expect either until New Year to be fair. Got the first in time for Christmas, the other was Late Jan but communication was great and the office manager answered my emails quickly. My son loves them both, really good quality. Did order a few stock items too and they arrived promptly. All exceptional quality. Would definitely recommend.

I've been ordering from Insert Coin since 2016 and have bought a variety of different clothing items from t-shirts (long and short sleeve), hoodies, jackets and scarves.
I visited their Pokémon pop up at the trewman brewery when Pokémon GO launched and amassed around 600 coins on my Insert Coin clothing account.
I recently bought the Blade of Miquella hoodie (size S) which was on sale for £15 and I feel like I've just robbed them. Not only is the quality amazing right down to the detail and fabric but I took a chance in buying the S and fits exactly how I want it to. It was shipped on Monday and arrived on Wednesday (even though I missed the postman).
I'm currently waiting for the Elden Ring bomber jacket stock for the size I want, I'm not worried about dropping a big chunk of money with these guys because I know I will always be happy with design, quality and size, etc.
Lastly, shout-out to Josh Matthews the office manager (and I think social media manager) who was happy to respond to my annoying emails and I didn't wait long for the responses either!

Great products, great quality and the order was sent quickly, in short : very satisfied with my Final Fantasy XIV jackets !

I've pre-ordered a sukajan jacket from the Yakuza series. The shipment went according to the plan, and today I finally got it.
This jacket was totally worth the money and the time spent on waiting. It is a high quality product, and honestly, now it is one the the most unique thing I have in my wardrobe.

Purchased a skate pre order shirt said mid to late October it’s October 31st still hasn’t arrived absolute scam

Don't bother pre-ordering any item from Insert Coin. You wait for a few months and then you receive an email where they inform you that the size you've chosen is now out of stock. I'm speechless, they have definitely lost a returning customer (I mean: what's the point of placing a pre-order if the items get out of stock anyway?) and I will definetly not recommend this company to anybody (I work in the videogame industry, so let's say that I know a "few" people that could have become customers in the future)

It was fun in the arcade and the servers were very nice. The food was amazing and nice and hot when it got to me

I had ordered my first item, a yakuza series jacket from insert coin. When it arrived sadly the sleeves had some manufacturing faults where the fabric was falling apart already. I contacted insert coin through their email and after sending pictures of proof and my order information they actually sent me a new one without having to return the faulty jacket. Today i received the replacement in the mail and its perfect, no faults or anything. I am very happy with this amazing customer service and will definitely buy more in the future. Thank you guys!

Pre-ordered a Dead By Daylight hoodie and although it was a longer wait it was worth it. Great quality and so pretty. I am very pleased 😊

Ordered a Hotline Miami jacket from the team some time in August on preorder and waited patiently for the time in October for it to get sent down. Date was postponed to November which was understandable, and then the U.K postal service went on strike, further delaying me receiving anything. Taking this to the team, they responded almost immediately and laid the situation out for me at it was not their fault to blame, and when my local postal service messed up they happily resent the package after it was returned to them. And let me say is the jacket FANTASTIC. The best quality, and despite getting it with a coupon I'd not regret paying full price for it because it is WORTH it. Great product service and the best customer service I've ever experienced. Will definitely order from again.

Ordered some items on sale a while back and was incredibly impressed by the quality of the clothing, especially the hoodies - I'd happily buy these at full price on the quality alone! The shipping was quick despite being a slightly big order.

One item was missing from this order, but after a quick email the item was sent out straight away, no hassle at all dealing with customer service.

Amazing merchandise, amazing customer service. Always looking forward to the new designs. I made a mistake while ordering, and they didn't hesitate a second to help me solve my issue.

Ordered 3 t-shirts, a jogger and a hoodie (came with a free pin), they were dispatched the next day with a Royal Mail tracking number and came 2 days after that. So all in all, extremely quick. Everything feels high quality and after a couple of washes they have all survived very well so extremely happy. Will definitely be shopping at Insert Coin again.

I'm having quite the issue with my orders lack of updates (I ordered this item on August 6th), normally I wouldn't complain too much about an order taking longer to arrive than usual (especially from a smaller company); but it's mainly about how I've yet to receive any update on it's arrival. It's saying that it has been processed through the ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) since August 11th on the tracker, and yet it's been more than a week since I last received an update about my orders presence at the ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) facility (the facility claims that it takes around an average of 2 to 3 days to receive any updates about an order that they received). I've read reviews about this ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) facility and although they may seem consistent I choose not to buy into the possibilty that my packages arrival may take months or even years! I've emailed Insertcoin clothing as of yesterday in hopes to receive a more professional update about my orders whereabouts and now I can only wait to hopefully receive an email back about my concern surrounding my orders status (please reply if you possibly can insertcoin clothing).
