No advance notice given of delivery date. I got notice 2.5 hours before delivery at 5am, at which point i was asleep. Unprofessional courier company. Have passed feedback to herman miller as they should use a more competent courier.

Ordered through Herman Miller, saw I’d be able to choose a later delivery date to make it more convenient. When I got the tracking info, they said to email them to delay the shipment. I emailed them, they never replied. Showed up when I wasn’t home. Very inconvenient.
