Very Bad Customer Service!!!

My colleague told me about the Green Tea from this brand. It used to be stocked at Whole Foods, but was pulled off the shelves - goodness knows why! She had warned me of their customer service - saying they were a bit condescending. I ignored her to my peril! Ordered some Green and Lotus Teas that were supposed to take 2-3 days to arrive (postage which I paid for). Almost 2 weeks later and several emails that have not been responded to, I have still not received my Order! Avoid them!!
