I let you know already that Ian and Talida did wonderful service to me who has been with you almost a couple of decades...
I am an 85 years of old man who started using modems to communicate with many who use new PCs and designed websites using XE program. And so I need to maintain those few XE program run websites until I expire to go to the other world.
But now you suggested to upgrade my site with WordPress and CouldFlare, and I set up now in this old age the WordPress at ////// with the help of AIs, and Gemini remembers the day I started using PCs with FidoNet and Seadog program before e-mail and www came about. It was quite an emotional time for me. Especially Ian and Talida knew my need and set up PHP usage on my account v8.4 for WordPress and the rest 3 websites with V 5.6. I am very grateful for their understanding of my needs and gratified me with their super knowledges. I live now with a meager SS benefit and don't try to make some money off me offering further service on my new venture with WordPress.

Normally
Normally, I do not have a 5-star experience with InMotion Hosting. It usually takes hours to fix the simplest things, but not today. Today I had Taliea, and she is a SUPER STAR. She wised through the fixes like it was elementary, and I could not be happier. She even gave me great tips that no one had ever shown me over the YEARS I have been with them. Somebody give her a raise.

I do not leave reviews often, but Maitrey and InMotion Hosting’s Hacked Website Repair Service team really helped us through a difficult situation. Our site had been repeatedly hacked, and it was challenging to fully identify and remove the root cause.
Maitrey was patient, knowledgeable, and persistent throughout the process. He helped restore the site from a clean backup, remove the viruses and malware, and finally close the security hole that was causing the issue.
