Chinese company pretending to be American …

This is a Chinese company masquerading as American. I ordered goods expecting to be able too do express delivery as I needed them within 10 days. Entirely my fault that I hadn’t read the small print that said 3 week delivery and for assuming they would have an express option. I realised on completion of the order and immediately emailed them to ask that they cancel. They ignored all my emails until they had ‘shipped’ the goods and said it was too late. By shipped they meant put in a box waiting pick up. They update shipping info infrequently and as the delivery starts in China it’s pointless. Avoid unless you’re happy to wait for a month and not return anything.

Never responded to any emails

Never responded to any emails, never shipped order, very disappointing. I'm guessing the owner forgot about his business, passed away, or simply doesn't care?

Stole almost $100!

I ordered almost $100 in items and paid for them. Three weeks later I sent an email asking if they have even processed my order. No reply to that email or another one I sent after the one month mark. This company stole my money and didn't reply to multiple emails. Will NEVER use it!!

No issues

Ordered from inmint because they had cards that are 8 years out of print and hard to find for $.89 cents a pack. Ebay and amazon charging closer to $1.99. After impulse ordering I looked into reviews, most are very poor, and outdated. This made me concerned for sure. Over the next several days I received a small chain of emails from inmint, order confirmation, processing confirmation, followed by shipping confirmation. Had my order in full shortly after, also came with some free batman stickers I gave to my 4 year old. Overall I am very satisfied and think they deserve an updated/current review. I intend to order more from them soon.

Worst Collector Shop Bar None!

I purchased a few X-men Origins Wolverine boxes and only got 1 autograph in each box. The makers of the company(Rittenhouse) had guaranteed either 2 autographs or 1 autograph and 1 sketch card. Both boxes looked tampered from the bottom. I don't know about anyone's else experience with InMint, but I will never buy anything from them again. I guess that's how things go when you buy things online. I'm going back to strictly E-Bay or Amazon so at least I can leave a feedback.
FYI- Alex must be a worker at InMint because he's the only on who gave them 5 stars. Who is more likely correct in the rating? 3 one-star or 1 five-star?

If this is good service they can keep it.....

On October 25, I ordered $37 worth of cards from inmint.com. After waiting two weeks and contacting them twice I have neither received my package or heard back from this company. I am beginning to think this company is a big scam. If I were you I wouldn't waste my time on this company...take your money somewhere else...some where reliable.

Mostly good - not always quickly responsive

In January of 2010, I bought some cards at inmint - they arrived quickly, were in great condition, and was very much everything I could've hoped for.

A week before initially posting this review I ordered more cards - at the time I had yet to get a 'product has shipped' email, and e-mailing their customer support yielded no reply. I googled around for reviews of this company thinking I might find some clues, and it looked like, from the review posted previously, that the company was no longer operational.

I posted this review after having given up, and went on with my life - a day later, I finally got a product has shipped e-mail from them. I had already re-ordered all the cards I ordered from them from other sites, so I contacted them about cancelling my order. They replied within 24 hours, were very understanding, and promised to make sure the cards didn't get sent and that I would be refunded.

So they're not defunct, just be aware there might delay in shipping and you may not know what's going on with your order for a while. I would recommend them, and would definitely consider them when shopping for cards in the future.

Started out good, but ended bad

I've been using inmint.com for about 7 months. I loved the website because it offered a good variety at very good cost. Also its low flat rate shipping cost was very appealing, and if you live in U.S. (which I don't) you get free shipping for orders of 35$ or more. And shipping is really quick.

But my last two orders (which are going to be my last two orders) never came in. its been 3 months for one of them, and 1 month for the other order, but I haven't received any of the packages. I tried contacting them, they don't have a phone number to reach, so I have to email them. I've sent them two emails about this problem and they have yet to email me back on either of them (its been almost two weeks). So customer care isn't even there.
