I ordered some post cards from ink garden for Save the Dates. I didn't see any templates that I liked so I used their "Design your own" features. The design tools were a little difficult to use as they often took a while to load and didn't allow you to change colors or borders as much as I'd like. It was also difficult to center the text in a text box or center the text box on the card.
Once I figured out the design of the Save the Dates, ordering was very simple and easy. My only complaint about ordering was that if you want to order more than 100, you have to jump all the way up to 200. There is no ordering 150.
The Save the Date postcards looked great when I received them in the mail. The picture quality was great! The pictures got smudged quite a bit in the mail, but for the most part they held up.

Overall, I would say InkGarden was great for our purposes, which was to send out some cheap but nice looking Save the Dates.

If you have any issues with your order don't expect much out of the customer service support.

I haven't tried any of Ink Garden's other products, but I did order some mugs. The design looked crisp on the website when I reviewed it, but once I received them in the mail, they were extremely blurry and mottled images. Even the text on the mugs were blurry. I had to go through a time consuming process to prove this. First I sent them a picture of the mugs, but they said they couldn't tell from the photos and asked me to mail two of the mugs back to them for review. I didn't get a response back for nearly 3 weeks. In fact, I had to email them to ask about where we stood on the mugs. They emailed me back with this:

Thank you for contacting Ink Garden. We did receive the mugs back yesterday. We contacted production about your order. Your design will not look exactly like what you see on a piece of paper or the computer screen. We use sublimation printing, which turns the ink to a gas. The design is not exact but they are pretty clear. Our production will not be able to print these mugs any clearer.

If you would like to keep the mugs. We can return the 2 mugs to you. If you would like a refund, please return the rest of the order to us, and we can issue a refund. We have attached a postage paid label to this email.

It is my belief that they should state that on their website. I will be returning the mugs and am thankful that they will refund my money, but they DEFINITELY make you work for it!

I ordered some basic white coffee mugs. Some of the print is crooked and the template to line up the text with the mug handles to create an online proof is not accurate, therefore I received a product that is sub-par.

I just needed a gift. A gift for my mother. And I couldn't really find anything I wanted...until I got to InkGarden. InkGarden had what I needed (which was the custom coffee travel mug). Everywhere else, the customization process was not very good. Noone had what I was looking for until i cam across the product sold on this website. They had all the picture designs I needed and the personalization of the mug (pictures, layout, text, etc). I'll definitely be shopping online there again.

I designed a blanket to give as a gift for my friend's birthday and it turned out amazing! It looked better than when I designe it online!

That's what the recipient of my thank-you gift, a tall mug with photo and persoanlized message, said. The gift was delivered just eight days, which included a holiday weekend, after I ordered it. I could not be more pleased with the product or the service. I will definitely be ordering from InkGarden again!

They even called to make sure that the text running over my picture was what I wanted and the cards got here fast!!!!

I bought my first blanket back in 2013 and I must say that It still is holding up very well and no fading. Well I just bought two more blankets and I am going to buy another one once my 1st grandson is born.

These are WONDERFUL KEEPSAKES and they make wonderful gifts. I love the fact that I can design it myself and make it personal...

I ordered a custom mug for my boss who is retiring and it turned out great! It was easy to use the website to customize the mug and shipped quickly!

I was expecting the 'background' I selected to wrap around the ENTIRE bottle, but it only covered the top part of the photo where I had entered text. Maybe the description depicted it, but visually I didn't perceive it to be that way.

I was able to design the bookmarks I wanted, including graphics and font. This is a big deal! That said, a few small complaints: the screen colors are brighter and clearer than the colors on the product. Use less white and black when arriving at your background colors. Phone customer service is excellent. On-line trouble-shooting service is slooow and doesn't seem to understand the problems without lots of explanation. Nonetheless, I would use this engine again.

The business cards are very worth the money. They are inexpensive but don't look cheap. The website is a little hard to figure out at first. I think all the business cards have to be 2 sided. That's alright, but there should be some instructions. I figured it out eventually. The product came to my house in a timely manner and I am satisfied.

After ruining sheets of self-made business cards, I decided to go the more professional route. I googled "cheap business cards" and Inkgarden popped up. Luckily, Inkgarden lives up to the first part of my Google search financially but went beyond my expectations in terms of quality, turnaround, and options. Thanks guys!!
