The overall hotel and resort were fantastic but we might as well have booked this ourselves as the Ingram’s staff completely forgot about our group of 9 people.

The only time that we saw an Ingram’s rep was when we were collected from the airport and dropped off at the airport.

Other Ingram’s clients that we spoke to at the airport had a completely different experience. A small group of 2 people had an Ingram’s rep at their hotel every single day where as we were left completely to ourselves and arranged our own activities.

Upon submitting this feedback Ingram’s did not even bother to contact a single person in our group with an explanation or an apology.

Unfortunately we will not be using them again nor recommending them to anyone else.

I have no complaints about Inghams holidays in the past, but their current website is appalling. It is confusing right from the start, but is actually impossible to follow through, and if you try to put in a date the page just disappears.

Our fifth time in Levi, Finland with Inghams, first after a six year break and it is still the best, will be back 2027

Stayed at Levi spa hotel, half board basis, the hotel had separate cabins which were basic but good, the food was plentiful on help your self basis and very good. It's only 15 mins from kittila airport and every excursion is only 15 mins away, the little town of levi us just over the road and the ski slope is next door. There are a couple of coffe houses, pubs and souvenir shops, and a handy supermarket, this area is stunning (January) absolutely beautiful I've never seen so much snow and the activities are breathtaking. I honestly had the best holiday ever. Ingham staff were all so helpful and attentive, they made everything so easy. Thanks Inghams for a great holiday.

Great skiing holiday in Alpe D'Huez at Chalet La Breche, the chalet team were fantastic and catered for everyone's needs, they couldn't have been more helpful and the resort team kept us up to date with all the information we needed for on and off the slopes, plus all the other guests were all friendly and fun too, we couldn't have asked for a better week.

A fabulous trip to Norway. Spectacular scenery. lovely people and outstanding food. Inghams team were great, a real asset.

They were just incredible from the moment we booked until we boarded the plane, they are the best company I have ever booked with and I’ll be using them again for next years trip for certain. Life long customer

Great chalet - La Breche in Alpes D’Huez, hot tub, sauna, games room and good size en-suite bedrooms.

The best bit was our chalet hosts, Penny and Fin were amazing, nothing to much, diligent and really friendly.

An excellent holiday in a lovely place, with very pleasant people and plenty of support if needed.

Extremely great experience overall. Our hosts are Becca and Tristan at Chalet Cedre Blanc (Meribel). Always very good food and wine, the hosts are super friendly and accommodating. Great baked goods everyday to look forward too. Scenary is unreal from the Chalet. Modern facilities, clean and full set of toiletries. Sauna was great too. We felt very well taken care of. Would 100% go back if we have the chance.

Just home from a b&b week in the Dolomites. Excellent service throughout. Had BA flights with 23kgs luggage and a no charge option to use it for skis.
Accommodation superb (villa Anna in selva) and had a single room so no supplements which is quite rare. Still an expensive place to stay but not when single supplements are typical elsewhere and the hotels and food leave France a very distant comparator.
Resort beautiful and has the largest linked area in the world at 1200kms with well over 90% snow cannoned so guaranteed to be great provided it’s cold.

Helpful when booking, excellent choice of resort and hotel - Edelweiss and Gurgl in Obergurgl. Food and facilities superb making for a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. Only marked down due to transfer from hotel was a bit late so airport experience was stressful.

Reliable, reasonable pricing, great range of accommodation and products.
Obergurgl & Hochgurgl as good as ever (visit No.6)
Barely any lift queues, good piste quality (even though thin cover off-piste), and all runs open.
6-day free access to Sölden now included - plus free bus service from early morning till late evening.
Hotel Alpenaussicht was 'disappointing' .. undergone a makeover since last visit. It's gone from beautiful Tirolean carved wood panels to Scandi minimalist - you could have been in a trendy IBIS Hotel anywhere in EU. No character. No charm. No 'warmth'. Lots of petty rules. We heard "No" more often than "Yes, of course".
Breakfast & dinner buffets were all 'adequate' .. but previously they were wonderful. Canteen style service!
Asked to leave table by 8pm!
Still charging for tap water! 😡
No tea/coffee facilities, slippers, or bathrobes in bedrooms. Charge for Spa bathrobe €10 .. "for laundry service"!
Not allowed to take glasses to bedroom! (only small, flimsy plastic, disposable ones provided).
Only allowed one Solden piste map per group (x4)!
No skiwear or rukkies in bar.
No guest lounge .. only small bar.
Managers/owners? were charmless .. tho other staff were v.good.
We won't be using this hotel again.

Excellent service throughout our trip. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff! Would highly recommend using Inghams to everyone!

Inghams were really easy to book with, from start to finish they kept me updated with emails about essentials, activities, insurances etc.
Whilst checking in a lovely gentlemen kept us entertained with his antics, at the other end Ingham reps were situated right outside the arrivals door and pointed us to the correct coach, each stop the rep got off and showed each individual family to their accommodation, our accommodation was spectacular, the food in the hotel (we were half board, staying in a cabin)had a great variety and it changed every day.
The reps were very visible in their purple attire, they also have a whats app community where each day they update you on information about weather, flights, activities etc.
On departure the coach picked us up from right outside our cabin, flight home was great and the pilot was very funny. Announcing our arrivals to Gatwick as The Maldives.

We had the most amazing holiday in Lapland. We were very impressed with the excursions we booked in advance. The Inghams staff were all friendly and helpful.

Hotel Serra Palais - Les Deux Alpes
Jan 17th - Jan 24th

The journeys to and from the resort were handled very professionally and with no drama. We were fortunate to be in the safe hands of the resort rep Kevin who managed the holiday excellently with a smile and a lot of patience with ideas, information and a good background to the resort.

Our hosts were amazing, Virgine never once looked harassed even though she was always on duty, her breakfasts were world class.

The accommodation was more than comfortable and the proximity to the Diable Chsir made it easy access to the great skiing to be had.

The proof is in the pudding and yes we would certainly go back!!!

My stay at Inghams Chalet Rocheure, Val d’Isere with live in staff Ida & Darcy, with Charlie dropping in on a daily basis was very memorable.

The accommodation provided everything that I personally wanted, free WiFi, Sauna, ubiquitous afternoon cake, a fridge stocked with cold soft drinks & beer.

Each day started with a cooked breakfast or a choice of cereals with yogurt. You can choose Pain au chocolat croissants or plain croissants. The evening meals were served with a choice of wine, kept regularly topped up, a final cheeseboard was always offered if you have room!

It is possible to ski in & ski out via the Joseray Red Run off the Face de Bellevarde. So every morning I was able to ski to either the Olympique Gondola, Bellevarde chair or Solaise Telecabine.

To sum up, excellent Inghams accommodation, superb location, world class skiing.
