As a IT Consultant PM candidate
As a IT Consultant PM candidate, I just went through a very poor and unprofessional experience with Infosys. I was put forward for an interview with no information on the interviewer and what party they represented and then following the interview, for weeks I was chasing the Infosys rep for feedback/next steps only to receive the same standard "holding" reply. Very very poor and would advise Consultant PM candidates to stay clear
Infosys Dublin is the worst office job…
Infosys Dublin is the worst office job you can find in Ireland. Discrimination towards people with disease is very common from management. They don't value work there, they value people who are good with management outside workplace. No quality training provided for the processes as trainers have no clue what they doing there anyway. People who are there longer-seniors. They are doing the training instead people who are paid for that. There is absolutely no help from management in any way, processing, teaching, talking explaining. Very bad choices are made there.

Do not get them to do your payroll
My company recently moved our payroll to infosys and it has been a catastrophe! People paid wrong, not paid, no adjustments, advances installs of salaries, no benefit deductions, no response to support requests - an absolute and complete disgrace - ruined employee morale and waste 100s of hours trying to fix and communicate the issues… we ended up in-housing payroll again.
Very poor company.

Company cannot design an HTML form with a Submit button
Infosys is the company that designed and built the Bank of Baroda website. This is a very bad design and implementation. When I tried to submit some forms for my mother who is an ex-employee, there was no Submit button for any forms. I am not sure how this company still has the contract with a government financial entity when it is not able to guarantee a simple HTML form function. It is a travesty that this company is considered a beacon of Indian Software expertise.

I wish I could give less stars for by FAR the worst experience with a recruiting firm I've ever had the displeasure of having to go through. From the inability to follow simple instructions, to ignoring customer questions & concerns, to general lack of any sort of professional customer facing - the list could go on forever. I didn't hear from the main rep about my first day until 11:30 PM the night before, I regularly experience late payments, I have an incredibly difficult time getting the most basic questions answered. It disgusts me that Infosys is the firm that services the client I work for.

If you've been ofered some decent money…
If you've been ofered some decent money think twice before you join.
Let me tell you my point of view:
I could not see through the recruitment before signing the contract, but the management is totally disconnected from tech people and assigning tasks with pre-approved deadlines without tech people consent.
So you can figure out what happens afterwards, if for some reason a task is not done at due date (set by management) then the client will come to tech guys to ask why the task isn't done then naturally the tech guys give their replies stating their progress and why it's not done, then the client will go to Infosys management with something like "hey you promised us the task done on this date why isn't that task done" and the Infosys management just comes back to the tech guys asking the same questions stating that the deadline is today or already past without even having the tech guys committed to task due date because they didn't had a chance to set it with the client, it happened to me 2 or 3 times already in past 2 months to find out that a task needed to be completed yesterday but I didn't know about such deadline.
Infosys signed a 3.2billion USD deal…
Infosys signed a 3.2billion USD deal with Daimler. They are trying to recruit people on a massive drive in germany to do this project and advertising for top tech positions and contractors to run the project on embarrassingly low rates for top positions and with high level qualifications and experience and then cutting rate expectations after successful interview process. They are fighting non stop with agencies and candidates who think they are crazy and getting themselves a terrible reputation not least for the ridiculous processes they have. Just say no let them fall on their face the project won't be a success based on how they act and the money they offer and the level of calibre of people they will get in the end if at all as they are paying 40%/50% lower that the job role should be paid...just Embarassing. Avoid them.
Infosys is hiring freshers.
