I purchased earphones from Servicios Informáticos Pavón, S.L.. After just a few weeks of use, the left earbud stopped working properly and had extremely low volume.
I contacted the company, and they asked me to send the product to their facilities for inspection. After examining it, they returned the earphones without repairing or replacing them, claiming there were no abnormalities. The only documentation provided was a very basic report with just one brief sentence and no proper explanation.
When I contacted them again to follow up, they began requesting videos showing the issue, even though they had already had the product in their possession for inspection. This felt unreasonable and frustrating.
Overall, my experience has been very disappointing. Customer service has been unhelpful and often responds with copy-and-paste messages that do not address my specific concerns.
I would not recommend this company. Based on my experience, it is best to avoid.
I placed an order for an RTX 5070 Ti GPU for a total of €929, which was never shipped in the first place. The logistics company confirmed they never received the package, yet after a few days the seller claimed it was “lost in transit” — which is impossible if it was never handed over.
After two weeks of back-and-forth, and only after I threatened to open a chargeback with my bank, I finally received a refund.
This is an absolute disgrace of a company. Poor communication, misleading explanations, and a complete waste of time.
My advice to anyone reading this: save yourself the hassle and the headache, and place your order elsewhere.
I ordered an oven through Carrefour Market on the 17th January , sadly it was using company. the delivery date was between the 24th and 27th January. I checked Tracking today and my oven hasnt even been given to Fed Ex in spain so its unlikely to be delivered tomorrow. I am in spain for a month from the 30th and so i asked for a refund and they have not replied . There has been no communiation as to delivery or order , They have had my money for 10 days with no intention to send my oven. This is a Scam, avoid at all costs , Scam Scam Scam
Probably the worst online shop i've ever used. You pay they don't send the item, and have no idea if they ever will. Take days to answer messages, and because they can't read they don't even answer a single question you might have asked.
You ask "when will you have the item?" they answer "We do not currently have the item". Then you have to wait 72hrs again to receive an equally stupid response.
You pay and they do not send anything. Don not trust ok them

Pure scammers. They sent me a non-working PC, tried to take time before allowing me to send it back for a refund. Now, after a whole month, they are pretending not to have received the PC when I sent it back to get a refund. They should not be allowed to operate and defraud other customers.
Missleading company. I bought a 16gb version of a graphics card, that explicitly stated both in it's name, description and receipt to be the 16gb version, only to arrive and be the 8gb one. 100 euros difference!!!!
They sent me a broken microwave and refuse to exchange or refund stating its my problem. It came like this with the box intact! They clearly sent me a broken item. Absolutely disgraceful. I am making all the claims possible and reviews against this company they are scammers and fraud!
Liars and thieves. I have ordered 2 items more than a month ago, I only received the cheaper item, and the other was never received. Company blamed the delivery courier and provided lies and inaccurate updates. I have been asking for a refund for a while or at least a solution to no avail. Worst experience ever...
