From the user's perspective, the most sensitive issue is related to deposits.

I recommend this company because it has many advantages and promotional offers that you do not find in any other company, especially with its recent updates. I have an account with them, number 3401377, about 3 years ago, and I only faced some very simple problems, and they were solved, but it lacks the presence of fast-responsive Arab support

My experience with Infinox has been very disappointing due to an issue I've had with withdrawing funds. I made a withdrawal request on March 15th and it was confirmed on March 17th. However, as of today, April 11th, I still haven't received the funds in my bank account. Despite several communications with Infinox's team, I haven't received a clear and precise update on the status of my withdrawal request. This issue has had a significant impact on my experience with Infinox and has led to great frustration and disappointment. I do not recommend this broker, as I have been patient for several weeks and still have not received clear and effective answers.
