Please read before joining INESEM.

Terrible communication. It has been more than a year since I have wanted to pay an extension for my Masters. I already have finished all the tests and I have been working really hard to make a good, original thesis. Not only I have not received any reply to my emails, I have filled out the form on their website where they offer you to call you (twice) and I have not received anything at all. I have contacted them through WhatsApp, explained the situation and the only suggestion they made was to email them again, which I did, and of course, no responses.

Beware: if solving something so simple as how to pay with a credit card or simply giving me a call back (after I have paid) has taken them so long. What do you think is going to happen when you need to get your diploma, or if there is a problem with some credits or any other of the many real examples of bureaucracy that happens when you study a degree. Before, at least they communicated with you when you showed interest in one of their courses, nowadays it is extremely difficult to communicate with them for any reason.

For INESEM. Please fix it. This is an unacceptable business practice, in general, inexcusable in 2025 with so many options to communicate with people. You are a Business School. Your students deserve better.

UPDATE. Two days after this review, INESEM replied to this thread, suggesting to do what I have already done but I have not yet received a reply to my email or messages on WhatsApp.

For INESEM, please read what I have said and offer a solution to it, don’t ask me to do what I have already done. I have already contacted you. Also, it takes you the same amount of time replying to this thread than fixing the problem (ie: sending me a link to the payment, calling me on the phone, answering to WhatsApp, replying to any of my emails with the payment instructions…) which shows that you care more about a negative review than fixing your students problems. I have sent you several messages on WhatsApp, several emails to two different email addresses and several requests on your own website for you to call, all methods of communication you have put for your students and potential students to contact you. Again if you have so many problems at answering to this simple request, why do you think your students will think they will have an easier time when they have a problem with one course or with a payment or any other bureaucratic process? You have people answering to reviews and posting content on social media faster than offering a solution to your students. You are a business school. Fixing your clients problems is more important than creating content to attract new clients. For example, my company offers scholarships for people (employees and temps) who want to study Masters Degrees. I also explained this to you via WhatsApp and told you that I have people interested in studying with you based on my prior experiences with your school, but based on this new experience and the poor communication I can’t in good conscience say anything good about you. I don’t know if you have new management but your lack of interest for your students is unacceptable. I hope you can fix this. Your school was better 10 years ago.

Highly formative experience. Total availability on the part of the tutor, who constantly follows every step of the training

The content they teach is very good, up to date and they are always ready to help. They even call you to check how it’s all going. A perfect mix of professionality and a human touch.

I think that the books and materials are good except in the Modul six sigma. Inesem should review in depth this Modul.

I would like to thank the team that manages the entire enrollment and course process for their discipline.

It is has been a remarkable experience throughout the months. Professores provide you a paramount guideline about lessons and other activities.

I took a building administration course with them and it was a good experience, also good material and teacher feedback.

The course was good. I wish there would have been more videos and more visual assets. Too much reading and too little visual material.
