Don't let the bad reviews discourage you from making a purchase. I got a angel wing/ feather picture locket and couldn't be more happy with it! The picture of my friend who passed away and I came out great! And the locket is a decent size, prob the size of a quarter. The engraving came out so beautifully too! I couldn't be more happy with it overall. It's good quality and has magnets which is a better quality design than the original one. You can make the chain a few different lengths which I love!

Anybody who received an item, so pleased for you, more than I've had. Still not received item ordered for my friends special birthday and they charged me extra for postage.
What a terrible company

It came faster than I expected and the packaging was really cute. My mum will love it. The engraving is clear :) the bad reviews really had me worried but it turned out well in the end. I made my order on March 7 and received it today on March 23

Payed £50.00 for a bracelet which looks so cheap and is poorly chinese made. Chain is so thin its like a keyring chain, nothing like the picture at all. Thought when ordering it was made in the UK have learned my lesson now. I find any positve feedback hard to believe. Wanted a refund which they wouldnt give me.

I bought a pendant for my girlfriend which opens up to reveal a picture of our son inside.It opens alright but it doesn’t shut! It has to be the biggest piece of Chinese tat I have ever seen.
Do yourself a favour and buy from another company

I ordered a necklace from you just over a week ago and it came today and I’m very happy with it it looks beautiful engraving could of been more clear but it’s still beautiful after reading some very bad reviews I was dreading what was I getting but very happy and quick delivery and no extra cost for postage has everyone was say so over all very good thank you

I received my necklaces I was very disappointed with them in 2020 I sent them back they have received them and now they have not given me my refund to the value off£90 that is 2 months on I have emailed them loads of times and they are ignoring me

I will give this company five stars I ordered a rose gold locket with my father’s picture in it and it came out exactly the way that I pictured it it is very beautiful wasn’t too expensive and now I can have him everywhere I go I would definitely recommend this company. I was a bit skeptical at first because I had never seen the website but I have referred all of my family and friends and so far so good!

I ordered a necklace from here without looking at the reviews first. I paid £50 and read the reviews after I had ordered.. i was shocked and waited for a disaster to come to my house...

Unexpectedly, the parcel arrived 7 days after ordering. To my shear amazement, it was absolutely beautiful ! Not at all what I had expected after reading these reviews...

Yes the locket with photo & engraving did arrive in good time. However the item was very disappointing for the cost. You need a magnifying glass to see the photo. It was very small & the chain was useless.Itwas so fragile * thin it would have broke within a short time .Dont buy from them

Do not trust this company. They are situated in China and are not interested in helping with exchanges. You will have to be prepared to pay for extra shipping costs both ways if you need to fix anything or exchange something.
Very cheap poor quality workmanship.

I ordered a necklace on the 7th and did not hear anything back from them. I then received an email the 28th saying what I wanted written on the necklace would not fit so please write something else. So after 21days they waited to tell me. I then received it on the 10th so over a month. The quality looks cheap but then you pay for what you get. It is not based in the UK either.

Ordered custom necklace for a friend for Christmas, ordered it in plenty of time, was told it was sent, I tracked it for several days and the USPS did not have the item, just shipped today. They don't respond and I was flat out lied to when told it had shipped. I have no idea if the product was as ordered yet but I am suspecting it won't be.

Perfect, arrived just over a week from placing my order. The item is exactly what I ordered and I'm very happy with the result.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Arrives broken and they tell you that it's normal and you have to fix it yourself! Will not replace the faulty product. What was supposed to be a beautiful memorial is a broken piece of rubbish!

bought a necklace for my mums xmas wanted 6 names on it of all her children she is 86 years old necklace is nothing like on website she will not be able to read names as writting so small 2 of my brothers are now deceased I wanted it to be something special for her to keep but no point of given her it now as she wont be able to read it paid a lot off money for it and have been in touch with customers service who are not going to do anything about it

Terrible quality terrible service. The quality doesn’t look as good as the picture on the website. I can barely see the names and the stones on the necklace. Would not recommend.
