Ordered a dishwasher, website stated next day availability, placed the order and then received an email to say the only ones in stock are the more expensive ones, 7 - 10 days for a refund!

My call was answered within few minutes and was transferred to Nathalie who listened to my issues with the dishwasher that was bought few years ago

She promptly send the link for the spare parts.

I also required new commercial dishwasher which she helped in selecting. The ordered was placed and the dishwasher delivered next day as promised.

Nathalie was very professional and had very good knowledge of their products. She was in my view outstanding, good listener and certainly an asset to your company.
I would not hesitate to recommend her and buzz catering.

Don’t believe the website. Offering products for next day delivery that they know are not in stock. After receiving their email offering me an alternative, more expensive model, I called them and challenged them on this and they said they were aware, and this happens all the time.

I reluctantly agreed to a more expensive model but this wasn’t available for a few days either (despite showing available for next day delivery on the website). I originally ordered on a Saturday, got the email on Monday afternoon, and spoke with them on Tuesday. I was told it would be delivered by the end of the week but had to keep chasing (I spoke to three different people in one day and ‘vague’ would be my best description of their helpfulness) to get a confirmed delivered date. Finally had a notification that it would be delivered on Thursday.

It was an all-day delivery slot but was told I would get a call one hour before so I could arrange to be there. Get a phone call on the day of delivery from the delivery driver that he was there (and I wasn’t!). Fortunately, he was able to do another delivery elsewhere and come back 30 mins later giving me time to get there - the only reason they don’t get one star.

I installed the Asper dishwasher myself. The inlet pipe doesn’t fit the connection but luckily I had an alternate one that I managed to fit.

Do NOT under any circumstances buy from this company. Take heed of the other reviews. The site says things are in stock, soon after purchasing you'' receive an email to tell you the thing you purchased will be with them in "3 weeks" then it'll get to 6 and they won't reply to any of your emails, unless you raise a case on Paypal, they'll contact you then to ask you to take it off. This company is part of the buzz catering group who are notoriously poor in the industry, I didn't realise this until I made my purchase and received the "3 weeks" email.
I was told last week they'd send me a new dishwasher, they'd have it by Tuesday, no sign of it. They've now told me they process a refund, which judging by the other reviews, won't happen soon. They have wasted 6 weeks of my time because they don't actually have the items they say they do. AVOID this site and Buzz catering. How this company are allowed to operate is beyond me.
