Independent Reserve are an excellent exchange, I find their rates when purchasing crypto currencies very reasonable and competitive.

Awesome response and communication. Had made a withdrawal and had progressed to a 6 digit confirmation which I was unable to execute until the next morning. The funds in other words were sitting in limbo. I couldn't retrieve the $$ so I contacted support. A fantastic outcome. Thank you so much!!

I recently joined Independent Reserve to start an investment strategy with cryptos. Do they have great customer service! I did my first, small test transfer of BTC to an investment platform and I got a message asking me if I was aware of the risks associated with crypto trading and in short, did I want to continue with the transfer.

So impressed that they'd take the time to check on a minnow like me.

It went through just fine when I told them I was happy with what I was doing and I did a subsequent transfer of a larger amount and I'm up and running.

If you want a safe platform, I have no hesitation in recommending IR. I was so impressed with the checks and balances that they appear to have in place.

They also do a great job of monitoring access to my account.

They seem to have put a lot of thought into what makes their platform work for the customer.

Really bad experience. I was doing preety good with this account until they blocked my last transfer and they are not letting me withdraw it on my bank account. I've send several E-mails to their support but they are really slow on their response and also on the last 6 or more E-mails they didn't reply at all. They closed my account and at the moment that i try to Log On, it says " Invalid Credentials " and doesn't let me go in. I'm still trying to contact these people but I'm receiving no solution at all !! I don't know what to do anymore.

The IR provided sound guidance around a potential scam and identified this early . There support and guidance has been excellent and very prompt. This is my first crypto trading account and I was nervous about how it would work. IR has made met all of my questions and has provided an excellent service . I would highly recommend IR to anyone moving into the crypto space.

Best crypto exchange. Professional and very helpful. You can talk to support any time of the day even on weekends. Definitely recommended

I had a bad experience with them when it came to trying (but being not allowed to) take my profits out. They ended up with all my profit and I have an account that I can not withdraw from because they stopped trading that particular crypto and want 95% of the amount in there to withdraw it. After that 95% I then don't have enough for a minimum transaction. They checkmated me into keeping it and I can't send it to a wallet. I do not recommend them. All seems good until you want to withdraw to a wallet and see how much money they want.

Support were very quick to respond to questions during the day and even night! A lot more responsive than the other Exchanges out there. I've transferred large sums of AUD and Crypto to and from several Exchanges without hassle

Top shelf exchange. Support may take a few hours to respond but when they do it's really clear and appropriate...not pro forma responses. Really happy with their security protocols and ease-of-use. Genuinely happy to open and read their eDMs which are interesting, well researched and written.

good website. very professional. takes few days to verify but they are pretty easygoing. I appreciate their respect for privacy. I love the support - they are always there for me.

There is no quality standard for the small number of coins they list.

They are a corrupt site listing a few selected pump and dump tokens. Dont trust them.

I have been using Independent Reserve since 2017 and I have not once had a bad experience. I did my research at the time and decided this would be a good and, most importantly, trusted platform to get started in cryptocurrency trading. I chose it primarily because it looked like a quality Australian exchange for trading in AUD. Sure enough, the platform is easy enough to navigate for the novice, but has plenty of features for the experienced trader. Pricing and volume are completely transparent. I gave it 4.5 stars because the 0.5% brokerage seems a bit high and, at the time of writing, there are only 24 different cryptocurrencies to trade, with BSV being removed in the next few months. Otherwise, highly recommended. I have absolutely no issues with the platform and I will continue to use it.

Make sure you look very carefully at the prices quoted by these guys. I bought some crypto currency through these guys earlier today after seeing a price which was 45% higher than the market rate. They had provided graphs showing 24hr % gains, however this was based on a hugely inflated price that was being charged by another user. When I raised this with them they couldn't care less. Basically costs me over $900 to buy $2,500 of AAVE coins. Don't trust these guys

I have been a client of Independent Reserve for a number of years and I have found them to be extremely safe reliable. They continue to add coins and value for clients. I have to send NZ currency from NZ and that process has always been problem free. The support is excellent.
The exchange itself is not the highest liquidity but a good stable place to trade. They also are regulated exchange in Australia. There are not many real good exchanges in NZ so In Reserve are a great alternative.

I'm new to Crypto trading but I love the free deposits and the 0.5% rates seem decent too.
Display is fairly easy to understand for a newbie. After a couple of thousand dollar trades this month I feel this exchange is secure and reliable. I just wish they had more variety of coins available but so far I'm happy.
