In Kazakhstan its totally feminist group who encourages women to leave every thing and go on cruise and plenty of Models how they get rich by recruiting new members no clarity total influencers Drama and people are giving there hard earn money to go on cruise once in a year while influencers urge them To do more .
Since posting this review, I have taken further action to resolve this issue.
I filed an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) (Case ID: 24715327)
I contacted my bank and initiated a dispute process
Despite these formal steps, the company has still not provided any meaningful response or refund.
At the same time, I continue to receive payment reminders pressuring me to make additional monthly payments, even though I am unable to use my existing funds.
This confirms my concern that the system is designed in a way that makes it extremely difficult to access your own money while encouraging continued payments.
I strongly recommend others to be cautious before joining.
I joined InCruises in 2022, believing it was a flexible travel savings program.
For over 2 years, I consistently paid $100 every month and contributed $2,800 of my own money, which turned into about $5,300 in Reward Points.
But here is the reality:
- You cannot actually use your money.
Every time I tried to book a cruise, the rules were different:
First: Use 50% points + 50% cash.
Then, You can use 100% after reaching a certain balance.
After reaching it, still required to pay 50%
Then: You can only use 100% if you book 270 days in advance. Recently, when I tried again, the only available options were cruises starting several months later (around August and September), which made it even more impractical for my schedule.
So I kept paying… waiting… trusting…
But the system kept changing.
I even tried organizing group trips, but:
Cruises were limited to 2-person bookings
Plans became impossible
I would have to pay extra myself
This is not a travel savings system.
This is money being locked in with restrictions.
You are also required to:
Keep paying monthly
Stay active even after booking
Follow constantly changing rules
I provided evidence, screenshots, and detailed explanations.
My refund request for my own $2,800 was denied.
If you are thinking of joining:
⚠️ Please understand — your money may not be usable when you actually need it.
Honestly what I love most is simply Insider Pricing, I get 17% off all hotels and cruises, I personally don't need worry too much about reard points
When something seems to good to be true, please believe your gut instinct. This company was sued for consortium scheme by the Consumer Affairs Agency of the Government of Poland. It is the typical pyramid scheme. Please educate yourself beforehand with any company that seems like this one. Your hard earned money will not get lost if you do the proper research.
ATTENTION!! But how can you sell and make money on a product (cruises) when there are already authorized agencies doing so, and at significantly lower prices? In fact, the goal is to create a pyramid scheme. The positive reviews you read here are from those trying to recruit people to profit from them, but you'll pay a considerable sum, and when you actually use it, you'll realize it'll be impossible to use it and double the credits you've earned without losing money. The entire mechanism is complicated and designed to discourage you. The system crashes, you only have a limited time window to make reservations, support rarely responds, and when they do, the answers are vague and incomplete. The contractual conditions are structured to protect themselves from any legal action. They change them at will without giving the member the ability to refuse them, and they're automatically deemed accepted every time you log in to the site. Their material contains misleading information. In Poland, the business has been shut down, the Russian bank has reported it as a Ponzi scheme, in Kazakistan and in Italy it is under investigation. Report and report it in all countries. For refunds in the US and Canada, visit bbb.org.
Incruce is defenly à fraud my mistake was beliving my cousin he got me in to it my wife was involve in to accident she still recovering i try to get intouch by e-mail trying to get a refund no luck there is no custamer service phone number
I feel obligated to share my experience with InCruises so that others think very carefully before getting involved. In my opinion and based on what I experienced, the structure and practices feel very much like a pyramid scheme rather than a legitimate travel opportunity.
I joined expecting to receive real value through travel savings and membership benefits, but instead I ended up losing $2,000. The way the system is structured seems to prioritize recruiting new members and continuing to pay monthly fees rather than actually delivering clear, transparent travel benefits. From the beginning, there was constant pressure to stay active, upgrade, or bring other people in.
When I decided to cancel and requested a refund for the money I had paid, the company refused to return my funds. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue and ask for a fair solution, I was met with policies and explanations that ultimately left me with no refund and no real help.
What concerns me the most is that the model appears to rely heavily on people bringing in new members who also pay fees, while the original members are encouraged to keep recruiting in order to benefit. That kind of structure raises serious red flags and, in my personal experience, feels extremely misleading.
I strongly encourage anyone considering joining InCruises to do very thorough research, read the fine print, and understand exactly how the compensation and membership system works before committing any money. My experience has been extremely disappointing and financially damaging, and I would hate for others to go through the same situation I did.
Be careful before investing your time or money.
Did anyone said that if you don't make a payment for a little while your money are getting transferred to a diferent account?I lost all my money because I have not made a payment for 4 months and I had serious excuse. The agent did not mention anything to me! Scammers!!! Shame on you
This is a complete scam. My wife started paying in her inCruises account few years back, with the promise of that she can pay using entirely her rewarding points. After a reasonable time we tried to book a cruise but they offered only 10% deduction from rewarding points. Disgusting, dishonest. Liars
Totally a SCAM! i booked cruise and found out that only a few cruises are eligible for reward points (RP) redemption. There is no set guide on which cruises are exempt from the RP and i have to pay inflated price.
There is no customer service number to call.
I booked a cruise after hours or searching and i ended up paying 1.5 time what i would have paid at Expedia/costco.
I have been a member of good standing for last 3 years and paid $4500+ in payments. Very disappointed inthis MLM scam!
I have loved my time with Incruises. The only thing you have to do is understand how it works and start traveling! I have done 5 cruises about to take the 6th and i don’t plan to stop!! Before i didn’t have a traveling plan now i do and for the rest of my life! I am so grateful yo be part of the program.
STAY AWAY FROM THEIR MEMBERSHIP! Unless what you want to do is pay your dues every month (100 USD) for the rest of your life or risk losing it all.
That's what happened to us. We allowed our membership to lapse since we figured we'd never be able to use our contributions (and the reward points) to their full benefit - you can only pay for your trip with a small percentage of your points, never in full. Therefore, you will never be able to empty your account. And if you stop paying your montly fee, you'll lose all your points and they will keep your money.
They have over 5,000 USD of our money sitting in their account and are refusing to refund a penny of it. However, we COULD use the money to pay for a trip but only a small percentage of it at a time. It will take us several trips (years) for us to empty that account. And inCruises will make money on each and every one of those bookings.
We've tried filling out tickets and sending emails only to be refused at every turn.
They are keeping our money and we have received ZERO benefit from them.
See how it works?
If this review is helpful, we're glad we could help before you make the same mistake we did.
See you in 2047 when we're done with inCruises for good!
I am a Premium Incruises customer and last December I purchased a cruise in the Emirates operated by Celestyal through them.
I did not receive minimal instructions regarding the boarding formalities - departure port, terminal, etc. that I should have received normally prior to departure, as part of a contract.
Therefore, I randomly took Google Maps, being in Dubai a few hours before the ship's departure and trying to contact a call center - either Celestyal or Incruises. Both had no public hours. I arrived at the first port - Dubai Cruise Harbor - which was closed, no sign of the cruise ship.
From the Uber driver I learned that “it could be the second port”, namely Port Rashid, located 35 km away and almost 90 minutes by car - traffic in Dubai on Saturday evening is extremely difficult. We arrived at the port and found the ship by “visual contact”, we managed to board shortly before its departure.
I opened a ticket with InCruises in which I asked how they planned to compensate me for non-existent customer care. In the meantime, when boarding the ship I found out that I had also lost a bonus of 100 euros / person granted for booking excursions during the cruise, if I exercised this right before departure. Since InCruises did not inform me of this right, since it did not inform me where I should have boarded, I also lost this bonus.
InCruises' response to my complaint and request for compensation for this abusive treatment was that I should have asked for these infromation, to check with their customer care department before leaving.
Because the only relationship I have with InCruises is when they warn me that I have X days left until I have to pay the subscription, I decided to interrupt it, not before publishing this review and the recommendation to contract your cruises directly from the operators. InCruises has no customer care service, it is just a bank that collects monthly fees, with no responsibility towards its customers.
This company is a thief. They use a semi-legal pyramid marketing scheme. I recently asked to close my account with them. There was $200 in the balance. Despite assurances that they have returned my money, it has not been returned to my card for more than a month. I wrote to them multiple times by email, but they do not answer. They just took my money.
I love incruises. I’m from more that 6 years in the company and I make 12 cruises for cheap inclusive for free. Is the best app, the best way how to save money and to travel yes or yes more cheap that nobody.

Reply from inCruises
Total scam. I’ve lost more than $1000 just to realize that their price with their discounts at least 30% more than reputable cruise company I used for years. When I tried to book cruise just to use money I’ve already paid, all my real money disappeared from my account.
Sent email to get a refund for cancelled cruise due to medical emergency but you cannot contact them via phone to get this sorted and they don't reply to emails? res number 66958373
I am sharing this review based on my personal experience and opinion, to warn others before they make the same mistake my family did.
After being involved with inCruises, it has become clear to me that this program is designed primarily to protect the company legally, not to serve customers fairly. The contract is written in an extremely complex and restrictive way, and in my opinion, it is intentionally structured to make it nearly impossible for regular people to hold the company accountable.
According to their contract, customers are forced into mandatory arbitration in Puerto Rico, waive the right to sue, waive the right to a jury trial, and waive the right to participate in any class action. In my opinion, this creates a massive power imbalance and effectively prevents most customers from ever pursuing legal action due to cost, distance, and lack of resources.
The entire system appears to rely on the assumption that most people will not complain, will not fully understand the contract, and will not have the money, time, or legal knowledge to fight back.
The so-called “Bonus Points” are not real money, cannot be withdrawn, and are governed by rules that make it extremely difficult to ever use the full balance. In practice, once you are inside the system, leaving without losing money is extremely difficult.
A few months ago, there was a large wave of complaints online (especially on Trustpilot), and the company’s rating dropped dramatically. This happened after many users, including us, experienced issues related to missed monthly payments and sudden loss of Bonus Points, which we believe were caused by confusing communication and unclear rules.
In our case, our account was marked inactive and our Bonus Points were wiped out. When we contacted support, we were told that this was entirely our fault and that nothing could be done.
Only after widespread public outrage and numerous complaints appeared online did the company’s leadership step in and restore balances for affected users. This raised serious concerns for us about how customers are treated unless public pressure is applied.
What is even more concerning is that despite the large number of unresolved complaints, the company’s public ratings later recovered significantly. From a customer’s perspective, this recovery did not seem to align with actual resolution of customer issues, which raises questions about how these ratings were restored.
At this point, we continue paying only because stopping would mean losing our entire balance again. We are effectively forced to stay active, hoping to eventually book a cruise and recover at least part of what was already paid.
Even the cruise booking process feels like another trap. According to their rules, you must book months in advance and then remain an active paying member until the cruise date. This means that even after booking, you are forced to continue paying for several more months or risk cancellation with no refund.
In my opinion, this program operates in a legal gray zone — technically covered by its contract, but clearly not customer-friendly. I deeply regret not reading every detail more carefully, but like many people, I trusted that a well-marketed travel company would act fairly.
I wish I had known all of this beforehand. I would never have subscribed under any circumstances. I strongly urge anyone considering inCruises to read every line of the contract, search independent reviews, and understand that once you are in, getting out without losing money is extremely hard.
My experience with InCruises — and why I strongly recommend staying away
This is my personal experience and my personal opinion after trying to use InCruises, and I’m sharing it so others don’t repeat my mistakes.
I joined InCruises hoping to save money on cruises, but very quickly I realized that, for me, the whole system felt like a terrible deal:
Prices were much higher than everywhere else
Despite all the marketing about “exclusive savings,” every cruise I checked ended up being 20–30% more expensive than booking through normal travel agencies or well-known public sites or agenties.
Even after using all the points I accumulated, I still found the same itineraries up to $2,000 cheaper elsewhere. That was shocking.
The so-called “price guarantee” was impossible to use!!!
They advertise a price-match guarantee, but in my experience it was basically unusable.
They kept asking for extremely specific documents:
full breakdown of taxes and gratuities
amounts listed /per passenger without any discounts...
Comparisons only from approved public sites WITHOUT discounts. But any serious agency offers discounts.
I sent six legitimate offers from agencies and public sites.
Every single one was rejected with a new excuse.
It felt like the rules were designed to make it impossible to qualify.
🚩 Zero transparency in paperwork
Instead of a professional contract, I got a **one-page vague receipt**.
No cabin category details, no taxes, no tips, no breakdown of costs — nothing.
I felt legally unprotected.
You pay thousands of dollars upfront, but have almost no formal documentation to rely on.
🚩 *Terrible poor customer support
The support team, in my experience, felt disorganized, unprofessional, and at times borderline rude.
I rarely received clear answers.
If something went wrong on the trip, I had no idea who I could actually contact. THEY ARE NOT A TRAVEL AGENCY Therefore neither you have no support to call in case of problems.
From what I saw, the focus seemed to be more on recruiting new members than on offering real value.
You’re encouraged to pay for cruises months in advance, at prices that (in my case) were higher than normal market rates.
To me, it felt like a system where the money comes from members, not savings.
My conclusion (and my strong advice)
InCruises is absolutely NOT worth joining.
If you do even minimal research on standard cruise websites, you can find better deals instantly — with clear contracts, real customer service, and genuine price transparency.
I truly regret spending my money here, and I hope sharing my experience helps even one person avoid the same frustration and financial loss.
