Customer support has ALWAYS been very responsive. This e-mail service was purchased from a company based in Boca -Raton, FLA by a company in Norway probably about 10 years ago, now. The user interface and extent of services have been completely different. However, customer service has been wonderfully helpful, responsive and interpersonally consistent over that period. I was locked out of my account by a hacker but Inbox.com is my primary email for a reason. Security. I could be with another service but this one has always been reasonable & the spam filter is top notch. The tech support is ridiculously fast & solves any trouble you have.
