Poor quality, used to be a great product
The candles themselves are ok, although they did used to have a stronger scent. I was given 2 as a gift as I have always been a fan and asked my daughter for them as a Christmas gift. 1st one smell was good, the earrings were pretty but one didn't clasp shut. Lit the second candle a few days ago, barely any smell and low and behold exactly the same set of earrings with exactly the same problem. Very disappointing

Used this company once before and I was happy with the service, however this time around it was Farcical at best.
Order totalled £90 and paid extra for 3-5 days delivery 10 days later no parcel! order tracking showed unfulfilled order! Sent an email nothing! No reply, followed this up with a further email saying that I would instigate chargeback if I had no reply, I received a reply saying that my order was “stuck” in there system (whatever that means) I received the order 3 days later. I then emailed requesting a refund on the extra delivery as they did not fulfill that part of my order. I paid for 3-5 days and it took more than 2 weeks! They have responded saying that I did get my order! It’s shocking customer service. It’s a great product that is ruined by incompetence

Brought a soap, got to the bottom and no jewellary, my friend i gave one to also had nothing, now waiting to see if the other 3 i ordered are all the same that ive given to friends, ive double checked and the correct order went in to add jewellary.

These candles i have been buying for many years. And over the years they have got worse !
The candles smell nice when they come, they dont smell too strong when burning and then after first burn dont smell at all unless you stick your nose in.
Several times now i have had to contact customer service as the jewellery is damaged. Necklace broke. Diamond missing from ring. Yes they have replaced the jewellery but you dont expect this in the first place. They are not exactly cheap ! I have been in touch AGAIN as i bought 2 teddies from them. Sophie and juno which are advertised as cuddly teddies you can insert scented bags in. Both the teddies i have had to stitch back up. Juno needed and arm and both legs. Sophie started off her wings, then an arm the other wing. Then both legs and the whole underside had split open and i have now had to throw this away. This was a huge comfort to my child, who is sen, for when we moved house. I have had to look elsewhere for a replacement because customer service are ignoring my emails.
I dont usually write reviews, but as i did write a good review to help this company, i am now writing this one to be honest about them after waiting for over a month for a response which im clearly not going to get.
If i was you, i would look elsewhere. Buy a candle you know is nice and the smell lasts and buy your jewellery from a jewellery shop where you know you have warrenty to fix it if needed.

I paid extra for a Sterling Silver…
I paid extra for a Sterling Silver Necklace but what i received was a gold plated one. When I complained I was told that as the base metal is sterling silver, I got what I paid for. I paid extra for sterling silver as I have an allergy to yellow gold. I was pleased with the candle initially as it smelt lovely but the jewellery inside was not what I paid for. The customer service is awful, I asked them to refund the extra that I had paid for sterling silver and they have refused.
I will not be buying from them again!
Nice product long delivery and patchy customer support
Unfortunately it looks like this company has ceased trading the only part of the business that is still running is their bank account which had no problem taking money out of mine.
I placed an order on the 6th of January 2026 with a confirmation email. Since then there’s been no more communication despite my efforts in emailing and also telephoning the contact numbers available.
More concerning was the automated email I received after sending one on the 10th January which read all our staff are off for the Christmas holidays and will be back in the office on Monday January 5th.
Please be aware if you are thinking of placing an order with this company.

As others have mentioned my order was dispatched a couple of hours after this review appeared.
It eventually arrived on January 16th to which the recipient was very happy happy with the product.
Maybe it’s a case of the company knowing that their products will sell despite long waits on delivery and not much communication from customer support.

Went from 5 out of 5 out minus 5 out of 10 the candle it self was amazing, looked fab and smelt amazing! This is were the pleasure ended once the candle was lite and out tin foil gift was revealed the nightmare started whatever our neckless was wrapped in had melt onto/over the neckless it took over a hour to get it free but the neckless had snapped and the tiny pendent had come off!! NEVER AGAIN!
Quality of jewellery has dropped
I have had quite a few of these over the years, the candles smell lovely, and the scent does seem to last well. However they have become more and more expensive, yet the jewellery has become cheaper and nowhere near as nice as they used to be. I have just unwrapped a necklace that is so tiny, I will be gifting to my little girl to use, there is no way it could fit an adult. The ring I opened last week looks very cheap, and has sharp edges. So disappointing as I have had some beautiful pieces in the past. I probably won't bother treating myself to one of these again and will just buy regular scented candles instead.
Absolutely shocking aftercare for customers
Should have read the reviews before! Item never arrived so I emailed the company. They never bothered replying even after the 72 hours they say to wait. Customer service is absolutely shocking! Take your money then if a problem arises they don't care!
In the end I contacted my bank and got my money back through them, I had to provide proof of purchase and email sent so they could do their investigation, obviously they've had complaints about this company before as I got my money back literally an hour after contacting them even though the bank told me it could take to to 12 weeks to resolve.
I'll never buy from these again I'll also put word out my end to make sure nobody I know buys from them either.
It's such a shame because I've bought once from this company before and didn't have a problem but this time around is completely different and they're lack of customer care is abysmal!

I complained to Shopify about the order as the site is hosted through them and I raised a claim through PayPal citing the Consumer Rights Act of 2015; I then out of the blue received a tracking number for a royal mail 24 hour guarantee delivery. If I could lower this to 0 stars I would.

If you're gonna order, give yourself a month to be safe.
Terrible product and customer service
I bought one of these for nearly £40 it was gift for a family who has had a few of them. She told me it didn’t burn correctly so I raised this with customer service this was the response.
Regarding the candle itself, after reviewing the photos it looks as though the wicks have become too short. When the wicks are too short, the flame will be very weak or may not stay lit for long. This happens because the wicks cannot draw enough liquid wax to create a proper flame, which can lead to an uneven burn or tunnelling effect where the wax only melts in the centre of the candle.
In this situation, we recommend carefully using a hairdryer on a low setting to gently and evenly melt a thin layer of wax on the surface, making sure the wicks are around 5 mm in height. You can then safely pour out the excess hot wax and discard it once it has fully hardened. Please allow the wax to harden again before re lighting the candle as normal.
For future burns, we also suggest making sure the candle is burned for long enough each time so that the wax reaches all the way to the edges of the jar. Trimming the wicks and cleaning any leftover residue between burns will also help the candle to burn more evenly.
I told them I didn’t think using a hairdryer on an expensive candle was fair and asked for a replacement to which I have been ignored. Terrible product and customer service.

Order placed in plenty of time (8th October) for wife’s birthday on the 21st. Was told 5 working days. It’s now the 22nd and still hasn’t even been sent.
Emailed and was told they had lots of orders and as they are handmade they are behind. Then maybe remove the expected date for dispatch and be honest with your customers. Will give it till Friday then will do a charge back with bank.
Honestly do not order from them, there are so many other amazing businesses that will actually get your order to you in time!

I love these candles and they have never failed to impress me. The jewels alone are beautiful and worth the wait, and as for the quality of the candles, and their beautiful scent! What can I say?! I have bought them both for myself and as a gift and they have always been greatly appreciated. Definitely recommended!
Ordered a candle as a birthday gift
Ordered a candle as a birthday gift. No delivery and when I chased it up was told it had been delivered. Further emails late was told it was still in their warehouse and if I wanted the candle I had to pay an extra £4.99 for redelivery or a refund could be paid. I refused to pay pay for redelivery and asked for a refund. The refund received was for £34.99 no delivery charge was included £4.99. Very poor customer service, would not use this company again. Still waiting for the full refund, this is now a month later.
Missing gift in candle
Purchased a candle with gift in for my mums 75th birthday, there was no gift in the candle. I complained to imperial candles but because my mum never kept the empty jar or took photos there is nothing I can do. It was a surprise for my mum, she didn’t know there should of been a pair of earrings in the candle she just thought it was a candle for her special birthday, so why would she keep and empty candle jar or take photos after it had all burnt!!! Customer service not helpfully at all!
Scam Artists
Third candle I’ve ordered on a 3-5 delivery schedule and third candle I haven’t received within 3-5 days. What’s the point of paying to have it delivered in a time frame this lazy company can’t adhere to. I am reporting them to trading standards now because they completely lie about their services. First candle took over four weeks to arrive but according to them that was because of their Christmas break, second candle was two weeks and this third candle I ordered a week ago.
