Really helpful and flexible
Really helpful and flexible! I ordered a lot of tigers and hemp but since doing so I have not been able to go fishing due to circumstances beyond my control 😩 the team at impact have been really understanding and it was no issue to delay delivery- great service - THANK YOU Impact!!!

Crap service and packaging.
The bait itself was good quality but the service and packaging were horrendous. Bait came in unsealed bags and spilt all over my kitchen order took 2 weeks to come. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Excellent customer service
It's always great to deal with Impact Particles as they resolve any issues in a professional manner. My order was damaged at DPD depot 4 days before my trip to France and delayed. After contacting IP they tried to contact DPD to chase up the delivery. As there was only 3 days to go before my trip IP dispatched a fresh order, it arrived the next day. That is excellent customer service and problem solving. Well done to all involved at IP.
