I ordered replacement laptop speakers and they were delivered all busted and damaged.
Needless to say the speakers were packaged so poorly despite the huge cost of delivery.

Their “system” changes the parts that you order and they send you a cheaper alternative. It’s a scam. I was sent the wrong laptop display, then sent it in for RMA. Then they said they had the correct one in stock… Only to charge my card and ship out the wrong part again! If you reach out for help they are completely disorganized. A different person will respond to every email in the thread. Very poorly run business, guaranteed to waste your time and money.

Smooth transaction. Recommended.

BEWARE!!!! Same problem as other people said - my order was cancelled because out of stock and it happens to be the only website where you can find it (miracle or bait?) Worse yet, I never got a refund within 72 hours and PayPal has to intervene.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

Our company has been purchasing from Impact for many years. The shipping is on the high side but usually the parts received are in good shape and work. The problem is communication. If you ask a question about an item or shipping, expect a rude response or no response at all. It is time to take our business elsewhere.

An absolute joke of a company, I am based in the uk and this company claimed to have a part on a HP computer and it was the only company online to have it? Coincidence? I paid a rip off price for shipping more than the item, contacted them and got ignored. Paid through PayPal, and got a refund from PayPal but only the item and not the shipping? Is this how the scam works? They are a SCAM company do not use them! You will not get your item just a cancelled out of stock notice as soon as you pay and no reply USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order for an item priced around $25 from them then 7 days later they cancel the order and relist the item for $150. If I had read these reviews first I wouldn’t have bothered with this company. Waste of time.

I've attempted ordering twice from Impact Computers, two months apart. The first time they canceled my order and immediately doubled the listed price on the item I had ordered. The second time they canceled my order and said the items I ordered were out of stock.

Why bother listing things you don't intend to sell? +1 Star for the fact that they refunded in a timely fashion.

horrible, they try to scam our business. I ordered delivery with the same business address but they delivered to another address several thousand miles away from us

They had the part no one else had, and for half of the price I had seen it for prior, ordered and it was shipped out the next day and here within a week! Unfortunately the part was incorrect, and I needed to create an RMA request; This too was handled quickly and with the greatest customer focused care from their side. Would order from this company again and even felt compelled to write this review

Took over a week to ship order, site says same day shipping on in stock items. No communication about shipping delays. Order finally shipped when I called to inquire. Once Item arrived, the box was full of parts that were supposed to go to another state. Another week of calls to get them to send a new shipping label to forward that package to the correct customer. Finally, I received my goods, Norte than 3 weeks after ordering.

Here I found a part for my laptop that was nowhere and it was in good condition. Also they gave me what I've ordered.

ordered a lenovo battery and order was cancelled saying it is out of stock, there website is still showing 8 in stock.
also they did not refund me and have to open a claim in paypal. waste of time

After pricing out repair/replacement costs for my son's newer laptop, I decided to stop being lazy and do it myself. These guys had the best price on the brand new mobo I needed while many other sellers were asking MORE for a "refurbished" (I'm not sure how one goes about refurbishing a mobo) motherboard. The shipping was free, fast and SECURELY packaged...I won't hesitate to use these guys again. Thanks a million!

Jose did not answer my last question correctly. I asked him about shippings times and he quoted me a price. He also used no capital letters excepting the first and last automated statements. It was very distracting and felt like he wasn't wanting to help me.

Jose was nice and fast with what I asked, had no problems at all.

Thanks to Jose editing an order I just had made was a non issue. Being an international customer I didn't want to be hit up on another shipping charge because I neglected to add one additional item. Jose had the item added to the order in less then 3 min. Thanks for helping me avoid a costly mistake..

I also spoke with Jose today and he looked right after me. I am an international customer (Canada) and he helped set up a custom Paypal invoice for USPS shipping as that option was not showing in the shipping section of the website. Thank you Jose, keep up the good work, sir!
