Pizza's crust is not that crunchy and sauce is bland
The absolute beat pizza i have ever had in my life. I order at least 4 a week.
Ordered a pizza didn't get what I ordered, cold, burned, no anchovies and the manager was very rude.
Won't order from St. Charles on Elm st. ever again.
We order from Imo's often, it's the go to for us. Being originally from St. Louis, then moving to Southeast Missouri, the 1st time we were a little skeptical, but the Cape Girardeau store did not disappoint. So for, I would say the last 15 or so years they have ALWAYS exceeded our expectations. I have even ordered and shipped to out of state family and friends. The staff is always pleasant, professional and I feel go A STEP ABOVE for their customers.
Don't order from here!! Ordered pizza and a salad to be delivered to our hotel. Got a call from the driver that she was pulling in and I needed to meet her down stairs. I waited 10 minutes for her to get there. Once back to the room I realized they forgot the salad. Called at 8:03 to tell them they forgot it and the "manager" said he would send the driver right back out with it. Waited and waited and waited. So I called back at 8:55. He says she's out wit it. I asked why it's taken an hour (50 minutes) he says it's only been 20 minutes, you gonna get it. I told him I wanted a refund and asked why it took an hour to get it right. He said he can't control what the driver's do when they leave the store???? What Jeffie boy??? Aren't you the "" MANAGER"" You should have directed YOUR employee to bring us YOUR screw up 1st!!! I told him to refund me and give me a confirmation, he says he can't give me a confirmation. I'll get it I'm a few days. I then told him to just refund the whole thing because what a sh!t show to deal with and he hung up on me. REALLY professional Jeff. Sorry you can't handle being a pizza boy. Maybe McDonalds is more your speed.
