IMO Car Wash Reviews 

The wash never really cleans the car properly and i understand that. But what i dont get, is why is it a different process everytime. The prewash is different everytime no matter what wash i choose and its different even when i choose the same wash on different occassions. Sometimes they will put a plastic bag on the rear wiper, most of the times they dont. And no its not because its busy, even when i was the only car this has happened. There is just no consistency.

Cheery efficient service and a really good clean. My first time opting forbthe ceramic finish - but it won't be the last. Delighted!

Using the app saves so much time & of course you get rewards. Unfortunately the staff didn't guide me on to the conveyor properly and at the dryer I had to drive off as it wasn't engaging with my wheels. But, no dramas and no damage & at the end of the day my car was clean, so just one star off perfect.

The attendant spoke minimal English and kept waving his hand to push me to go left when going into the car wash. The left hand vertical roller flipped the wing mirror back to the car and then back out again. When I got to the end the car was too close to the left hand frame of the car wash to be able to drive out. I beeped horn until the original, uncommunicative attendant came. He waived his hand right and as I went past him he put the wing mirror right. It was only when I got home I realised the front bumper. Left wing and passenger door are all badly damaged with a great gouge out of the wing, resulting in the whole wing needing to be replaced.

There's no contact number for the carwash and no number for the parent company,so I've put a claim through my insurance.

The car is nice and shiny, but without doubt the most expensive car wash I've ever had.

They should be more honest. At a car wash in Lisbon, Portugal, my car was damaged by a roller that got stuck on the bumper and hit the fender, which was damaged, and they won’t take responsibility—as far as I can tell, they always shift the blame onto the customer!

Service was good but the car wash did not dry my car and left it we with water marks

Machine are not operating properly in Merton branch. Polish liquid is staying as it is and drying is out of service

Car was still dirty , the water used smelled stagnant which inturn made the car interior amell and it didnt dry the car off properly so because streaky.

Marked the bonnet of my white car, luckily I could scratch it off with my nail.

I've been going to this car wash for years but on my last visit a few days ago I noticed that the machine has caused damage to my BMW! There is a very large scrape mark on the front of my car and the paint has been scratched off down to the undercoat and on the other side, there are several quite long scratches. This damage was not there before I went into the car wash!!

Very friendly staff. Luckily no queue either 😁
