IMO Wakefield is a great service
IMO Wakefield is a great service, they pre wash the car before the wash cycle begins making sure that under the rear air breaker is clean.
The ceramic clean although expensive leaves the car gleaming. My only criticism is the wipe clean at the end, doesn't take all the water marks away. Other than that I would highly recommend this business.

Disappointing service and disrespectful staff
I would not recommend this car wash. The quality of the service was disappointing, and the worker was unprofessional and disrespectful. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the wash, and unfortunately my experience did not meet even basic expectations. I hope they improve their staff's attitude and treat customers with more respect in the future.

I scan the app as advertised
I scan the app as advertised, saying if i buy Ceramic XTR with scanning the qr code i will get a free triple foam but i didn't get it and when i ask the staff they said to contact the customer service, i send them a message and no response.

Gave me a cheaper wash
Paid for ceramicXTR £21. Was give the Diamond £11 wash. I remember this place having that name for it when it was ARC, especially another branch but thought things were sorted now.

Paid 3 times for 1 wash and it wasn’t that good
I paid three times for one wash as the app was faulty. I am yet to hear back about a refund. Also the wash itself wasn’t great and left considerable dirt behind
