The machine stopped working halfway…

The machine stopped working halfway through. The staff came and moved my car forwards a few metres then turned the machine back on. This meant half my car didn't get washed, which i realised when I got home! Frustrating and they would have known this when they told me to drive forward.

Tragic

I own a black car and bought a triple foam wash.. once it had finished and I was free to drive out the other side I had a quick look at the job the machine had done, just to shockingly find huge scrape and scratch marks where your machine has taken my paint clean off!!!! Not happy
