Usually good
Usually good. But this time a younger guy was taking care of me. Alloys came out still dirty, usually really clean when older guy is serving. Also marks left on rear doors. Seemed too interested in their personal vehicles rather than their customers! Wont be back! 👍🏻

Damaged Car
A car wash of theirs (Dundee) removed paint from the front of my car and they refuse to remedy the damage. Their 'customer service' number doesn't connect, and the email is only manned by AI. They passed the buck to the local operator but haven't forwarded my case to them, as they said they would. So the local operator won't resolve this either. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Car still dirty and unfriendly workers
My car was still dirty, because I got the Ultra HD program with a coupon they haven't cleaned very well. They didn't even really cared about it, I've never had a bad wash like that before. My rims, my windshield, my lights, nothing was really clean. For an Ultra HD Program it looked more like washing your car in the backyard just with water. The workers also were very unfriendly, so I think that was my last visit there.

IMO Winchester were really thorough
IMO Winchester were really thorough. I would give them 5 stars, but the experience with IMO app and their Customer Services is awful - 1 star. Despite me setting up my account saying I would use Winchester, they have sent me vouchers for a totally different IMO car wash that I will never use. I took the time to write to IMO, and they haven't even bothered to respond or correct their mistake - awful!

I was very disappointed on this…
I was very disappointed on this occasion. I opted for the top wash (£19) thankfully it was on special that day. The body of my car was cleaned, however the alloys were still covered in heavy road dust!
I have used IMO car washes in the past and have been happy, but this time it was less than satisfactory, so much so that my vehicle still needs cleaned!
