IMO Car Wash - Northfleet Reviews 21

All good for a quick wash, only caveat being the drying isn't too good, so you have to park and dry it properly yourself.
Also, the vacuum is not strong enough to actually clean properly in the 3mins per £1.

Wheels not cleaned properly

Paid for ceramic XTR and a mini valet. The inside of the vehicle definitely had not been cleaned, the windows weren’t cleaned, no dust nothing. Nothing had be cleaned! This was as IMO Northfleet! Will not be using again!

Nit much can go wrong. Car came out clean

Went to get our car washed at Northfleet yesterday, drove in only to see a sign right by the entrance to the wash to say maintenance in progress, nothing outside before we drove in

Service is good but car is still wet after wash. Drying process should be better.

Service is ok but they should help to wipe excess water left on the cars

Very poor service. Hand wash was so poor. Tyres were not done. After leaving the machine so many water marks on the car everywhere despite have the wax treatment, specially right out of the wash

Crap.
Not worth it at all car still had dirt on it paid for 2nd top one wouldn’t use this again. Had to re wash my car when I got home

Missed quite a few spots on lower part of the car… dried too quick, car was still very wet when left the place…

Went to this car wash and met this fabulous lovely guy who is the assistant manager- Emil, he was extremely helpful and kind, he made sure my car was very clean even though I had only paid for a self service, he still assisted in cleaning the car immaculately.
Emil is the best and a great cleaner. I left so happy and he brightened my day with his kindness. Thank you so much Emil

Cleanliness- non existant/ very dirty

The staff was incredible!, my car was spotless by the time they we're done & even fixed my back window heater very impressed, Thank you to Bash and Frankie really good stuff👍

First time I've used the Northfleet one. Only one guy there and he kept stopping to wash others instead of starting/completing my one? Definitely won't be back if this is the service you get!
I'd be surprised if anyone uses it twice!

They broke the antenna of my car and blamed me for not seeing the tiny writing saying "remove all peripherals" at the bottom of the price list bollard. Absolute bellends. If you value your car, avoid at all costs.
They purposely forget to speak English when you have damage but when they're describing the prices they turn into bloody Shakespeare.
They didn't even offer to reimburse me for the wash, let alone the antenna damage. Emailed the managers, they said fill in a report at the wash. Go back to the wash, "the boss isn't khere."
Also, the water always stinks, the wash doesn't clean anything and leaves the car with stains you have to rub off afterwards.
Bad service, avoid.

Great service at their Northfleet site! Had a full valet on my Lexus & the car was returned cleaned inside & out. Refreshed & smelling great. Nice people polite & professional. Will definitely be using this branch again.

Northfleet IMO - very rude, asked for one wash and told to pay extra for foam but given one below what I asked for. When I pointed this out Alie was rude to the point of saying go somewhere else next time. Avoid as the customer service is poor.

Paid £10 for car wash but when I got home the bodywork was covered in white spots the windows weren’t very clean either. Should of done it myself.
