washing, cleaning, drying - the machines do their jobs professionally and very well. The customer however is not amused after having chosen between a lot of various different programs (and having paid before reaching the start-line, because he is suddenly asked to pay an additional fee if he wants to get clean tire-rims! That's not fair!

I've used the app pre paid loads of…
I've used the app pre paid loads of time even earned a ceramic wash but when i went to use it my app made the earned reward disappear. Having such a short expiry date is not customer oriented. No other carwash I've used takes away it's customers earnings like that.
The car wash itself is fine, a good setup even (although my last use it broke down twice while I was in it). But just increase the or do away with expiry dates for the stamp card please

I had the eco wash
I had the eco wash. The boot was clean manually with a brush before going through car wash. However the sills were still a little dirty as not reached by the main brushes

Top class service today at Sheene Road, Bristol. Akul (I hope I heard his name correctly) did a great job and very friendly service. Would recommend this IMO service to any and all.

I paid £14.95 and my car was not clean…
I paid £14.95 and my car was not clean at all!! I complained and the surly rude man gave it another quick go over with his hose which then still left if marked and also water marked the windows and removed the polish. He refused to allow me through the car wash again. I will NEVER come back!! Happy to supply photos!
