Wheels left dirty, windows smeared and it absolutely stunk like wet dog. Highly recommended going elsewhere

Hard to really tell what wash ur getting as so many getting pre wash & half my car got missed before going in. Feel like there's probably no difference between cheapest & dearest wash!

Purchased total wax program but operative did not pre- clean my alloy wheels before the automated system. In the past they have been washed manually

First time I have to use a car wash
First time I have to use a car wash on my own since my husband died.
There was a lovely guy who did the pre-wash before going into the car wash. I explained that I wasn’t sure of the procedure, he was so kind and helpful.
I would definitely use this facility again.

First and last time using car wash
Either the chemicals used or the track that pulls the car along has damaged the paint on one of my alloy wheels.
The wheels also weren't clean but the rest of the car was ok.
Now have the expense of repairing the alloy.

Always have to reclean my 19 inch…
Always have to reclaim my 19 inch alloys with a rag because the break dust hasn’t fully come off. Also have to park up somewhere afterwards and use shammy leather to dry all the water off and clean the mirrors that are still covered in water
IMO should have a man who does all this outside the Car wash machine once you exit it

Quick and easy, good job.
Quick and easy process, did a pretty decent job, like that they prewash before going through the car wash, but the smell was horrific, like rotten eggs, almost had us throwing up in the car. Don’t know if the waters recycled through or the equipment needs cleaning but something needs doing. If it wasn’t for this I’d of probably given 5 stars.

My car was still dirty after going…
My car was still dirty after going through the wash, I had to wipe the car down myself as there was soap suds still present on the boot and back bumper. I was very disappointed and will not use the facilities again.
