Disappointed
I bought a triple foam car wash which includes wheels wash and a prewash. The assistant just wet the wheels and not washed them so the wheels remain dirty and just before entering the machine wash the assistant used the dirty brush to give it one swipe at the back screen. On previous occasion when asked about the wheels wash and was told to book wheel spa if I wanted to get them washed properly. Utter disappointment considering the cost. It's not hard to give a good clean the wheels using a jet wash to wash off the dirt of the wheels. Lazy attitude from the staff.

Diamond Package

Not satisfied with the service
I went for a car wash yesterday. I was not satisfied with the wash. I specified particular locations to get clean but they didn’t did it. I bought the triple form wash which was the same wash I get in the lowest price wash. Nothing special only price high.
Completely disappointed with the service.

Rip off with rude staff
Attendant was rude and tried to argue when I told him I'd already pre-paid, trying to get me to pay again. He called his manager who let me in. The machine itself left tons of dirt on the car and scratched the entire left side. AVOID THESE JOKERS.

miser, very less sprinkle of soap or foam in tripple foam wash. after wash still can see the dust drops clearly visible on the car body. There is no result of any complain. Everyone is now avoiding seven kings / ilford imo car wash station. Hope, they will soon need to close this station. whatever you pay more or less , wash is the same like no wash. Better to go once for a hand car wash than imo 3-4 washes.

The tripleforms plus wash just a waste
Had a tripleforms plus wash, that was waste of money, it did’t look tripleforms at all as the form was just one colour. Also. the wash didn’t clean the car’s wheels. In the future I will just go to a hand wash place.
