Easy process of getting the car washed after loading the app on my iPhone and buying a particular wash for the car. The attendant was polite and helpful.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect from…

I wasn't quite sure what to expect from having my car washed here. The pre wash was fine with a pressure washer. After the car had gone through the automatic car wash the wheels were still dirty and some parts of the car body were also still dirty. There was no inspection to check how clean the car was. Staff were friendly.

Car still dirty after wash

When driving away there are still clear visual dirt and dust marks on the car, for the amount I paid i don't expect to still see what I took my car for there in the first place

This time i did normal car wash for…

This time i did normal car wash for 6.90€ because it was not soo dirty but some black dirt marks was not cleaned in the wash.
It is cleanable with hand wash but why it did not washed in Automatic wash i have no clue. But it looks like it was not effective wash. Sorry for the bad feedback but it’s reality.
