I paid for the ceramic wash
I paid for the ceramic wash, it looked ok apart from the boot, under the handles and along the bottom of the car had so many water marks when it dried properly.

The car wash was extremely busy
The car wash was extremely busy, I was pleasantly surprised at the new innovation of scan and pay whilst you wait. It was a game changer. I chose and paid on line , was sent a qr code receipt, which i dutifully showed the attended. It was so quick and smooth. I was very surprised and pleased with the service. Well done IMO. 👏

Never again cars damaged
Got my car washed and afterwards I find that it’s been damaged he has knocked something off the bottom and now my exhaust is hanging off and warning lights on my dash expensive car washed wash told it wasn’t him that’s done it but wasn’t like that before I went in and his reaction was prove it absolutely disgusting and most expensive car was ever

Service is cool
Hi, I visited the Banbury IMO yesterday for my booked appointment, but the shop was closed due to maintenance. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any notification beforehand, so I made the trip unnecessarily, which was quite disappointing.
I understand my purchase is still valid until October, so that’s not an issue. However, I would appreciate it if customers could be informed in advance whenever a branch is closed or undergoing maintenance. It would save unnecessary travel and improve the overall customer experience.

They never clean the wheels properly
They never clean the wheels properly. One of the guys was spraying some chemical on the wheels the other guy stopped him from doing it. You pay for a clean it’s not the 1st time it’s happened. I wouldn’t mind there was only 2 cars there
